These notebooks are a nice alternative to the Acco Presstex 1" notebooks. The Presstex are a flexible coated pressboard but smaller in size. These Toplive binders are made of poly but seem to be more rigid than the Presstex. There is light scoring on exterior of the binder which I think adds to the grip and helps them to not be so slippery.The notebook holds sheet protectors perfectly without the ends extending beyond the cover when closed. The notebook will also open flat and stay in that position with no stress on the binding. The width of the exterior binding is about an 1/8" inch narrower than the Acco. I think this is due to the fact that the rings in the Acco are a bit oblong whereas the rings in the Toplive are circles. The height of the Toplive is about 3/4" inch taller than the Acco and about 1/2" taller than a file folder. I was initially concerned the notebook would not fit in my rolling computer bag but it fits with room to spare. It could be too large for smaller backpacks.The three ring binder itself is riveted well to the notebook. There are no open/close tabs on either side to open the rings. Instead, the middle ring is used as the opening mechanism. The mechanism seems to be sturdy and the rings close correctly, not off centered as some notebooks do.Additional colors would be great. These are very nice notebooks and I think they are going to be a good replacement.

Finally found good A4 binders!These fit my Japanese art files perfectly since my A4 sheet protectors end up sticking out on regular binders(see pictures). There were snug A4 sheet protectors that could fit regular US binders before but I can't seem to find any so I was at a loss. These binders are 12 inches in height so the plastic sheets don't stick out!The binders are hard plastic, it doesn't feel like the usual binder material and it doesn't feel "cheap" either. There are lines scored on the outside but it's extremely shallow and decorative or at least a bit of grip when holding it. I do not know about durability since I don't intend to carry it around to places. But it is pretty sturdy when I pull it off the shelf and can hold as well as flip thru it's contents pretty easily. The covers will not flop like dollar plastic binders do.The colors are exactly like on the Amazon page(pumpkin or terracotta orange and a warm grey) and are stylish than I thought. They were individually wrapped in a plastic covering, although I don't remember any bubble wrap, there were no dents when it arrived in the mail.There is only one side pocket, which is on the left hand side, but that doesn't really bother me.I was really glad I got these since it's been really difficult finding A4 binders here in the US.

These finders will do, but they are not top quality binders. The rings on the inside have to be manually pulled apart and pushed back together. I have noticed after pulling them apart a few times that they don’t go all the way back together. There is one clear pocket for the inside overall everything feels cheap. And given what you’re paying I don’t really feel like it’s worth it for four binders. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very satisfied with quality.

Trying to organize a large lot of stencils. These binders do the job when paired with page protectors to hold the stencils. It's going to be a lot easier to find things when this job is finished. The binders close tightly and have good covers.

These binders come in nice colors and are super sturdy. I have so much confidence that these will last all year long for my teenagers! The pocket on the inside is a nice extra too. Definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  It’s nice quality. Perfect for work or school. I’ll be using these binders for paperback textbooks. The colors are vibrant and the binders itself are covered which prevents any marks or stains. Came in completely new condition. It’s a good value

My highschool teens have been using these for 2 months with zero complaints! They seem to like how lightweight and flexible they are. I opened them and thought they were kind of thin and flimsy, but my opinion really doesn't matter.
