Bought these to replace a Logi*** headset that I use for work, working from my home office - initially I was a little dubious that these would not be comfortable as I generally don't like on - ear hadsets. Well, I was wrong. These are really comfortable to wear - so much so that I forget that I've got them on. Really decent quality too. Battery life - I've had them on all day and been on call after call. I think I managed to get battery down to 75% once. I just cannot seem to drain the battery! I also find that having them connected to my laptop and my mobile phone at the same time really useful - I don't have to panic swapping headsets etc - just take the call using the same kit I am using for teams. Really easy to mute / unmute from the headset too and love the visible mute light at the end of the mic! Great piece of kit, so simple to set up / pair with laptop and phone - would definitely recommend for anyone working from home!

I have been using a set of wired headphones (provided by my employer) with my office laptop for Teams meetings. Using the wired one has been a hassle and I was looking for a wireless/bluetooth to give me some freedom of movement. After researching on Amazon I came across JLab Go Work wireless headset. I went for it after seeing the number of ratings it has received and the reviews looked good. Set up was easy and I was connected in no time. The ear pads are well padded and sit well (a bit tight for me) on the ears. The padding on the headside makes it more comfortable. The sound quality is good and this has been a relief during my calls. A few improvements that it could do with: 1. I wear specs and with the temple behind my ear and the headphones on the ear, the temple was sandwiched between my ear and back of my head. This was a bit painful. The work around for me was to place the temple of the specs on my ear rather than behind it. Pls check pics for reference. 2. I wish the earphone arms could be extended further so the earphones sat a little lower on my ears. 3. I realised that this is not a proper 'MS Teams' compatible. So when I press the mute button on the headphone, it doesn't mute on the Teams app. This could be a very helpful feature. 4. Also when I call someone, I hear no ringing when the 'Calling...' is flashing on Teams. I think this can be fixed with a software/firmware update? All in all a decent headset and since I started using it only a few days ago will take some time to getting used to.

Great headset. Light weight. Good build quality. Nice mic boom. Comfy for mid term use but slightly overtight for all day use, leaving ears feeling a little squished Sound quality is very good for meetings and music but slightly over boomy on bass. They present an agile and detailed sound with music, certainly not tiresome but the bass might be slightly too aggressive for some. Not noticeable on voice calls though (diff Freq). Mute light on mic boom almost impossible to see (maybe my eye sight) but love the mute button the headset rather than using Teams or handset. Nice touch. However button is mechanical and has got stuck on mute a couple of times (just press in centre to release properly). Range is very good. I can still get signal all round my house outside with laptop in lounge. Approx 15m max as stated in manual. Switching between connections not always mooth but not sure if that's Teams or Bluetooth adaptor. Sadly the set doesn't come with a usb adaptor so need to buy one too (about £10 for a decent one v5.0). Quick charge times and good accessories. Batt life so far is brilliant - a charge per week being more than enough and I am a mid to heavy user - maybe 5 hrs per day for meetings. The price is unreal at just over £49 compared to rivals at 3 or 4x price. Very pleased.

Bought for working from home and one 1to1 calls, the sound is fine. When the voice isn't isolated e.g. when you can hear other noises in the background, when a crowd starts clapping, or especially when listening to music, the sound is awful. It's like hearing a party going on next door with muffled sounds etc. Perhaps there is some setting to correct this however I've yet to find anything to fix this problem. On the plus side they are comfortable to wear, the battery life is generally very good, and as I mentioned, if using for 1to1 calls then this should be fine. But if you're looking for more then you'd be better spending more on a higher spec headset. UPDATE: The Manufacture was amazingly fast in sending me out a new set of headphones however it seems that this issue remains. I've since discovered that the sound issue only occurs when using Bluetooth. If you plug the aux cable in the sound is fine (not BOSE standard or anything, but does the job.) The problem here is that the cable is so short that you're leaning into your laptop. Very disappointing especially after the manufacturer was amazing in sending out a new set.

I love these headphones so much, definitely amazing value for money. The biggest pro of these headphones is the excellent battery life - although that's not the only good thing about them: - Battery life is brilliant, lasts a week used for around 4 hours a day of Zoom calls - Microphone quality seems very good - No connection issues - Lightweight and don't hurt the top of my head - The pads are a nice soft material and good thickness - Build quality is good, they feel well made and not flimsy - Sound quality is good (although I'm not that picky as long as there is nothing obviously wrong with the sound, so not the best judge) - Nice cables for wired use and for charging in nice colour - No problems or issues! One thing which people have mentioned is issues using the microphone. Using the hands free audio setting instead of stereo sorted this for me, though the stereo setting is needed for listening to anything other than calls. Really good pair of headphones, highly recommend.

You won’t regret purchasing this item. I have purchased wireless headphones and the quality is great. You can hear the caller voice clearly .

I was pleasantly surprised by this headset's arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.

Su consiglio di un mio collega ho deciso di comprare queste cuffie, da utilizzare principalmente per lavorare. Senza dubbio, il fattore che ha influenzato la mia decisione è stato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'asta del microfono è pieghevole, posizionabile in prossimità della bocca ed è dotata di un interruttore on/off per il mute di tipo meccanico, garantendo così un funzionamento indipendente dal software utilizzato. Utilizzando Teams non è possibile visualizzare quando si è silenziati, ciononostante una spia rossa si accende all'estremità superiore dell'asta del microfono, facilmente visibile anche quando si indossano le cuffie. Per quanto concerne la qualità del suono e la cancellazione del rumore, si comportano bene sia durante l'ascolto che nelle chiamate (testate in ufficio con 5 persone contemporaneamente in riunione, nessuno si è lamentato dei vocii di sottofondo). La connessione Bluetooth è molto stabile e a lungo raggio anche, non soffrono dunque di interferenze con altri dispositivi. Infine, la batteria dura più che sufficientemente per le mie esigenze, che includono in totale 3-4 ore di chiamate. Possono essere utilizzate anche con il cavo, eliminando così qualsiasi preoccupazione sull'autonomia. Non le trovo particolarmente pesanti, anzi pensavo di avere problemi con i cuscinetti degli auricolari, rivelatisi poi confortevoli anche in lunghe sessioni di utilizzo, persino in estate. In definitiva, se non volete spendere una cifra e siete alla ricerca di un prodotto valido e confortevole, queste cuffie fanno al caso vostro.

Pil ömrü çok iyi. Günlük 6 saatlik teams toplantılarında kullanıyorum. Ne zaman şarj ettiğimi unutuyorum. Ben en az 3 gün tek şarj ile kullanıyorum. Kulaklıklar rahat, özellikle kulağı kapatmazsanız diğerleri gibi ısınma sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Ben kulağımı kapatmasın diye kulaklık kısmını hafif açılı kullanıyorum. Toplantılarda evdeki tv sesi gibi dış sesler duyulmuyor. Cihaz kapanıp açılınca çok nadir mikrofonu görmeyebiliyor, kapatıp açınca düzeliyor. Malzemesi çok sağlam. Paket sağlam geldi, herhangi bir eziklik veya hasar yoktu. Müzik için doyurucu bir ses var. Sony wh1000xm kulaklığımı çok nadir kullanmaya başaldım. Onun kadar kaliteli değil sesi ama kötüde değil. Bas sesleri iyi.
