A good electric table
Package delivery was fast, and the parts were well packed in foams and bags. The assembly manual is easy to follow. Though it suggests two people are required to flip the table upside down at the end after assembly, I was able to do it by myself. The desk can be easily adjusted to a position that is high enough for me (185cm) to work while I stand. The desk is sturdy, and it moves smoothly between different preset positions with acceptable noise to me. Overall the desk quality is pretty good. The reason I give 4 stars is that the tray to hold the control panel has a loosened screw that can no longer be tightened back. I have to use scotch tape to fix my control panel.

Finally got a standing desk, glad I chose this one.
Been thinking of getting a standing desk for a while, and with working at home for the last 2 years I finally bit the bullet (who would have thought I'd get exhausted sitting at a desk). After reading the reviews I made my decision based on:1) Ease of Setup2) Reliability3) Quality4) PriceThe first thing I looked at was price, Vari is not cheap by any means so I skipped the desk and looked at the cheaper ones. These were plagued by problems with reliability, quality and difficulty of setup (i.e. pre drilled holes not aligning). I then placed Vari back on the list and I took a chance, I happened to have some Amazon credits that I was able to apply to the desk so I did. Before I continue, I should point out you'll be buying directly from Vari so returns are a little different. Here's how Vari stacked up to my purchase criteria.1) Ease of setup: Vari claims a 5 minute setup...- I setup the desk on my own, it took me 30 minutes. I'll admit I was a bit unorganized, I didn't presort anything and just read the instructions, and pulled the pieces out as I needed. I was able to flip the desk to the upright position (in a cramped space) all by myself ... so 30 Minutes isn't too bad. All tools are provided (although I used my own special tool that fits in "tight" spaces so it made it easier to tight things up. wont make much of a different if you use it though). The install was easy, tighten things, attach things, plug things. Flip the desk to the upright position and you're ready to go.2) Reliability. Don't know how reliable it is, it's too new but this one comes with a 3 year warranty. I did notice if I wrapped the power cable too tight the desk might behave weird like not reaching the expected position. Loosing up/moving the power cable resolves this and it's been stable ever since I "organized" the cables.3) Quality: Parts looked ok, paint (powder coat looked good). The Plastic cover that covers the mechanism was alright..it did have what appears to be an indentation on it... but you're probably never going to see the cover. The finished product appear stable (there is a slight wobble if you extend it to the highest position but I think all desks will do this), it feels solid when using it4) Price, Even with the big "savings" it's maybe $100 more than the cheapest desk I saw, but I'd spend it for the quality and ease of installation...plus the 3 year warranty!Issues:I originally purchased the Vari Wire bucket (organizer)...It's not compatible with the essentials desk (you could get it to work if you don't mind drilling). And remember it's sold and shipped directly from Vari...so I couldn't drop it off at an Amazon drop-off site. Thankfully Vari offers free returns, and a UPS label. The return was dropped off on Monday evening (UPS) and by Wednesday morning I got an email letting me know they got the return and they'll be refunding the money. I haven't tried returning the entire desk, but I doubt that would be much fun.Wire organization:There really isn't any, fortunately I found a power strip holder, and wire clips. So the only wire's I see are the Power strips cord. (see pictures)

Easy Assembly - Better Quality than Cheaper Brands
I recently tried a cheaper brand (FEZIBO) and was daunted by lengthy and complicated assembly, cheap materials, and the fact that it literally did not work upon arrival. When the motor didn't lift - there was no customer service to be found. SO I immediately sent that back and ordered with Vari. I know it's a trusted brand because I've used their manual desks in office jobs. The assembly was so easy because the steel base to the desk was already assembled. The box with legs arrived the same day and took 20 minutes to put on, no power tools or second person needed.I also really appreciate the solid desk top, as other brands will try to sneak you with a flimsy folding board. DO NOT GET THOSE, you will regret it.I'm about 6'0 tall and I'm currently typing this as my desk is up at 46" with a 32 inch monitor and a 24 inch monitor on my desk. There are a few wobbles here and there, but I imagine this is infinitely less than the other brand that could've even rise up past 27".I hope this helps!

Holy Cow
The desk arrived, wow was the box heavy. I took the parts out, grabbed the instructions, and had a feeling of dread. I hate putting stuff together, and usually, the instructions stink. Not this time. The parts were clearly labeled, and the stuff went together seamlessly. Dread turned to elation as it was up, running, and looking great in no time. It feels solid. Hats off to the technical writers and engineers that actually made a piece of put-together furniture easy to assemble and that feels like real quality. A+

48" x 24" Great Desk a little small
The desk is of great quality and is gorgeous and is easy to assemble together. However, I wish I would've gotten the larger standing desk because I am a software engineer and the 48" barely fits my monitor and laptop and microphone. Sometimes the desk shakes as well if I type hard. Overall it is a great desk and can't complain for the deal I've got on black Friday (50% off).

Seems basic for the price.
This was incredibly easy to set up. However it is also very basic. Don't think I would have looked at if it weren't on sale.

amazing, best easiest standing desk
My son actually put this together, it took exactly 30 mins from opening package until I was trying it out. I have a horrible back, this desk adjusts so easily, simply push the button. In writing this review I adjusted the desk height four times. I started a spasm I lifted desktop, needed to sit for a minute, I lowered to the chair height I needed. Simply push a button. i also preset height for my chair and normal standing. I push the number 1 and it rose to my preselected height. I would recommend it with no reservations. (I rarely write reviews; this product deserved my review) Purchase and feel good while you work!!

Ease of use
Was looking for something to get me off my butt while working from home. Simple and to the point. Easy assembly. Tall enough for me at 5’10”. Personalized the top with some peel and stick wallpaper for a more pleasing aesthetic
