Great Adhesion for Interior Plastics
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Worked exactly as expected. I used this adhesion promoter before painting the interior plastics of my car, and it made a big difference. I had never used one before, but after seeing it recommended on TikTok, I decided to try it. I applied two light coats about 5–10 minutes apart, then painted over it. The paint stuck incredibly well — way better than when I’ve painted plastics without using a promoter. It’s perfect for interior pieces that usually get nicked or scratched after painting. I’m not sure about the science behind it, but it definitely works. Highly recommend if you want your paint job to last.

Nice product
Product sprays and works well when it's new. Sadly, product must be sprayed upside down as it ages. It's possible that our first can was an anomaly. We'll soon find out, because I'm definitely buying another one at this price.

SEEMS TO WORK WELL
Seems to work well. Don't rely on this stuff to clean a plastic surface; a brush/rag and any cleaner whatsoever will do that. Dawn, Greased Lightning, mineral spirits, TSP, whatever. This won't hide surface flaws either; that's a job for your topcoat and your mechanical surface prep.This is just a can of mixed solvents and a propellant. It softens/opens the surface a bit to help "paint" stick better. You want to wet the surface well and it won't telegraph its runs as it has NO buildup at all. Spray it on and lay on your topcoat as soon as all liquid actually disappears. This "liquid disappears" part is absolutely critical.EDIT: also seems to help under things like self-adhesive insulating foam.

I think it works haha
It went on smooth. I applied this before putting paint on a plastic bumper. Wanted to make sure the paint stuck to the bumper and just didn’t flake off after I applied it. The paint is still holding onto the bumper, so I think this worked. I’m sure it didn’t hurt.
