Great multi-location use!
Love this assisting bar. It is very easy to assemble and directions are clear. The best part is that it is able to move with you and help you in multiple places. I researched many different style assisting bars and I am so glad I went with this one.

Very flimsy
I love the idea of stand assist but the holes do not line up with the pieces and the arms to the aid , move around , way too much for my liking. It actually moves , while she's trying to stand up with it . It's almost unsafe for my Grandmother to use . I had to go back to lifting her with my bad shoulder again.

It works
I needed this for my recliner after having a broken ankle and 3 months healing I lost strength to get up from my recliner. This works well for that . It gave me 2 handles to push up with.

Poorly made, sits crooked in chair, difficult to assemble
It's a really good idea but very poorly made. Holes don't line up, pipes don't fit together, plastic couplers are way too tight, & very wonky when assembled. Terribly crooked... Not acceptable at any price . I ordered a second one n it is slightly better. I'm returning the first one. See photo. CROOKED and one side sits higher than the other. The arms are about 3-4" too short so you have to pull it fwd to really help you stand up. Looks awful, like a 6th grade shop class made it. Seriously overpriced.Feels worse. But it does help you get up out of your too low chair. I put it in my recliner along with a patio cushion. Better than nothing.

Weird but works
My dad wasn’t sure about this because is sort of slants. But it works great!!! Easy to use, lightweight and can be used on so many places- bed, sofa, chair… a little harder to use on the recliner. Great product and great price.

Well made
This helped me lift myself up off the couch when I broke my leg. It saved everyones back that was trying to help lift me up. I could do it myself!

Not sturdy
Not very sturdy and needs to be more adjustable and taller. Does not work well on soft couch.

so needed for getting off the couch
I needed this for my hip replacement. My couch is pretty soft and this fits well on top and the handles give me the structure I need to stand. A great little invention and it makes it so I can sit in my favorite spot on the couch.
