These work great. I work in a commercial kitchen where sometimes I wear long sleeve shirts. I use these to keep my sleeves up and out of the way to do dishes. They are pretty snug. At first they seem kinda tight but once you get use to them they are fine. They do the job. Aren't ugly either.
