I've used a lot of wok utensils over the years and this is probably my favorite, easily. It hits all the right requirements and fit and finish is excellent.Usually a lot of the consumer ladles/spatulas are a bit too cheap/flimsy. The plastic/rubber/silicone handles tend to fall apart or degrade and the hardware tends to rust. The all metal ones, similar to this, tend to get too hot. Plus, sometimes the steel is too soft as well and can bend when you're trying to break up clumps of rice/food while stir frying, and they can often be too short or small. Some of the really cheap one's don't finish the edges and they can be overly sharp when they arrive and scrape along your wok.I've also had quite a few professional ones from restaurant supply and they're excellently made with super robust steel and welded construction, but they also tend to be too long/large for home setups and while it's extremely useful for restaurant use, the replaceable wooden dowel ends up being more annoying than not since it tends to get loose over time and crack/split if you use the dishwasher.These are well-finished, the size and length are great, the hollow handles actually work to stay cool, they're entirely stainless steel so can be tossed in the dishwasher, and while they aren't welded like the professional ones, they're built robustly so I don't see any issues.

I’m working on improving my cooking skills and went down the rabbit hole of woks. I had a couple evolutions (of woks) in the past and wanted a better carbon steel flat bottom wok, and landed on this set (wok and utensils)In the past, I had never used long utensils made especially for use in a wok, and right off the bat, I knew the game had changed. These are well built, they stay cool, and they work well.Great value for the price. This includes the wok. Season it up and get to cooking! Very happy with this purchase.

Great quality wok tools and work perfectly for me. Great length , size, and comfortable to hold and work with. The only caveat is……..if you leave them in the wok for any amount of time unattended, the handles can get extremely hot. I do have a 275,000 BTU propane wok burner that puts out a ton of heat and burnt hands are part of the learning curve!!!I use these often and they are indestructible IMO !!!

I like the way the tools are one piece with no handles to get loose. The tools are very durable-no flexing and they clean up easily. The handles are long and keep your hands cool. I would definitely recommend it !

Have not had a chance to use them yet. We purchased these along with the Yosukata carbon steel wok.

They are made in good quality and work well with the carbon steel wok.

Very nice set of utensils, really like handles. Eazy to clean.
