The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and don’t leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say it’s horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. I’m on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstone’s chewables. Lol.The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue. I would recommend these to everyone.

I have tried several vitamins and these are the best by far. I feel good and they are easy to swallow. There is a difference in how I feel when I miss a day.The dosage says 2 pills a day. I have found when I take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet early afternoon, I have energy through the evening.The vitamin content seems to fulfill my body’s needs.

I have the gene that prevents the absorption of regular folic acid and makes folic acid harmful to my body. So I’ve been looking for products that contain methylated folate. I was happy to find this multivitamin. As a breastfeeding mother, this by no means has enough vitamins and minerals in it for me and would cost way too much to buy for my needs but it does help me get more nutrients in when I’m struggling. The tablet size is actually pretty easy for swallowing.
