Eddie Bauer Men's Microlight Down Vest

5'9 195lbs and the XL fits perfect. Lightweight but warm with the down fill. Inner pockets are a plus. Liked it so much I ordered a 2nd one in the storm color.

I already had a Patagonia and a North Face vest but the Edie Bower vest has proven to be my favorite. It’s true to size and comfort and looks great wearing it. When I brought my Patagonia and North Face vests I had to settle for extra large to get a somewhat comfortable fit. I order an Eddie Bauer large—which is my actual size—the fit was perfect!!

I love the fit, feel, and look of the vest. The zippers could be more hefty. Hoping they hold up in the long run.

At my son's request I bought this a similar vest in a different brand as a gift. It lasted 8 months before the bottom of the vest wore through adjacent to the lowest part of the zipper showing two white areas of 'stuffing''. He continued to wear it because it was so comfortable but I replaced it with this vest which he loves. So far there doesn't seem to be the same defect that caused the other brand to wear in such an obvious place. Thank you Columbia for coming through again with such a high quality garment at a fraction of the cost of the inferior, well known, expensive brand that failed.

Purchased for a son who didn't think he would wear a vest. He wears it almost daily. Perfect weight for layering for warmth, or as the only outerwear item on milder winter days. Fits perfectly.

Nice vest and good quality. Runs a bit big though. I’m 6’4” and 225 pounds. The XL was really huge on me. So I’ll return it and get a L-Tall. The Storm color looks great. Inside is bright orange… something that isn’t shown on photos here but looks pretty good anyway. Overall nice vest. Just get a size smaller than you’d normally get.

I bought this as a gift for my Dad and he really likes it. Says it is warm and fits well but also allows freedom of movement.

This vest is light, easily packable, and very warm. Only thing against it is the fit is large so it doesn’t look great as a “business casual” vest over a polo or button-up.
