Great comfortable chair!! Only thing is if you have thick hips or thighs, the handles will dig in your side! Had to loosen them !! Or buy the ones that just stick out a little

I HIGHLY recommend this vhair. Great quality for the price! This chair is exactly what we needed and exactly what is advertised. It's sleek and the leather is soft. It's sturdy. The chair is pretty easy to assemble (put the bottom screws in the back padding first and THEN the top screws, when you get to that step, and you'll save yourself a headache!) No tools needed, they send you everything you need. Note: I had a question about registering for the warranty (just register as a "member" on their website) and their customer service was superb! Quick and brief response to my 2 emails, no runaround and no long talking in circles.

Originally purchased in October 2022.1 year in and it's holding up fine, 1-1/2 years in and the faux leather is badly cracking on both armrests.The back is fine though.Over time as you lean back with the handle pushed in the chair starts to get weak holding its locked position. I believe this is due to the plastic (which is holding the back and handles together) wearing out. It also sways left and right a little bit and i'm not sure if that's due to wear or just my model, also the swaying is unnoticeable unless done forcefully.It was very difficult to put together at the start because the bolt holes weren't lining up so you'd push it in hard and have someone else quickly screw it in by hand to get it aligned. But that was just a one time thing.The reason this chair gets 3 stars is because of the extra thick foam in the armrests and back, the seat is pretty hard (after wear of course) unless you toss on a folded towel.

I have a lot of hip and back problems so it is hard to find an affordable chair that doesn't put my back in excruciating pain while I am working at my desk. This chair is super comfortable and with a good lumbar support paced in the chair it was a perfect affordable upgrade from my last chair. The back is a good height and it is easily adjustable.

I previously had a more expensive “ergonomic” chair with more adjustable parts, but I had lower back pain after sitting in it for too long. I decided to try out this simple, better padded chair and it immediately met or surpassed my expectations. Looks excellent. Easy to assemble (although aligning the back is a little bit of a hassle). Very comfortable and high quality foam cushioning with a leather surface. I’m very pleased! Better than my more expensive previous chair!
