I've used this for over a year now in my business. People liked it so much that I started carrying them in my shop. It's held up well. The only thing I wish was different was that it would stay on longer. Heat is adjustable and the remote is easy to use.

This is probably my 10th heating pad from UTK. It’s one of the few heating pads that you can use under you without breaking. The cheaper heating pads show pics of people lying comfortably on their stomachs using a heating pad like a blanket. I can’t even lie on my stomach and then have a functioning back (and I’m a fairly lean person, so it’s just silly)…anyway UTK is great but this one is especially good because the others are made with stones & the stones loosen over time. Most of my old pads have a heap of rocks at bottom. This one is definitely much better. It did break within a year & the company sent a free replacement, so I’m very happy. It’s worth the extra money for both the product & the customer service.

This pad it is really good. It helps me with my hip pain with only 2 uses. I recommend the pads to all my friends and they are also happy.

let me first say that I absolutely love this infrared, amethyst, heating pad, and that I use it every night. The combination of infrared with the healing properties of amethyst increases circulation, relaxes muscles, and provides an extremely soothing and deeply penetrating source of heat. If you’re not familiar with infrared heating pads, they operate completely differently than a traditional heating pad in that they penetrate deep into the tissues and they’re not just heating up the surface of the skin. This is why they provide such a deep level of healing.It is also worth noting that I first purchased this heating pad probably 18 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service through email and received a very quick response and after trying one thing that was recommended which failed to correct the problem I was immediately shipped a brand new heating pad to replace the one that developed an electrical problem. This is an amazing product, and I love the size of it because it can be used on various parts of the body including the back, hip/thigh/glutes, shoulder/neck etc. Extra bonus: if you struggle to fall asleep use this nightly. it’s deep relaxation effect will ease you into a deep sleep. I highly recommend this product.

I don't recommend this mat. I would say the price is expensive too much. I would return if I knew about the basic temperature setting starts from 103 degree which is too hot. I got one for my chair. This mat is too heavy and hard to sit on and the temperature is too hot, you cannot make it lower than 103 degree, it makes me keep turning on and off whenever I feel too hot.

This review is for customer service I had every questions about this heating pad based on some things I read in the manual. Vivian who emailed me back did not even answer my questions and gave an answer that was not even related to my questions so obviously they are not reading the email.I am on the fence now whether I will keep this item as I am concerned that if I keep it and have a problem with the device they are not going to help appropriatelyThe pad looks nice but in the manual one of the things it tells you is to not use it on a foam or cloth surface which would make this uselessWill update this review if I hear back from them again

So far I’m loving it (and so is my cat :)) the pad is comfortable, pleasant looking, easy to roll up and not bulky. Heats up quickly and easy to use. Thank you!

Haven’t uses it for long but the warmth is comforting. The pad itself is not too hard to sit on although I think they should include a pad for it. One problem was that to connect the cord to the item you had to push like hell. Even my husband had a difficult time. Also, it would be a good idea to put some kind of padding on top of the cord connection. It’s bulk and hard which makes it uncomfortable to sit on.
