Is to assemble and works great
Prior to receiving, I read some negative reviews. To my delight the reviews were not correct. It was easy to assemble and works exactly as advertised. I'm very happy with the product and the cost. I would recommend.

Missing an important part
Box was delivered, the inside box was ripped and damaged. It looked like it feel out of a truck. The cotter pins to hold the wheels on where missing.

Barely sturdy enough for 15 hp; missing nuts
I find this product to be barely sturdy enough for my 15hp motor.Also, nuts were missing. Bought some from the Home Depot bc returning the product would have been the same effort.Cheaply made. Wood panel that holds the motor is raw.I guess what you get is what you pay for. If I had to do it again, I’d probably invest a little more.

Gets the job done
I only bought it for a 40lb outboard so it does the job. Was going to make a home made wood stand but I like how this one can fold up and be put away while not in use. Came with all the pieces and hardware to bolt up. Pre cut holes in the wood lined up good
