Very well made product. Everything is included that’s needed to mount to the wall. Packaged very well and neatly presented. Very sturdy and looks attractive. My cats love it. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant, our cat loves it! Just don't make the mistake we did and put it in your bedroom! You'll be woke at 5am by scratching, playing and running up and down haha. Really good quality especially for the price. Would buy again, and the other items in set look good too.

Have just received the item and after my 3kg cat has used once, the right bracket has already snapped. I've not give a 1 star as overall the product quality of the wood shelf seems good, but the metal brackets are poor. (EDIT) spoke.with the supplier and was managed really well, they reached out and offered a full refund for the issue.

Recently bought the steps and shelf from the same place for our 3 cats, very sturdy product, even holds our 6kg cat, pictured on the shelf perch! Thank you for the extra screws etc, easy to fit together and we may buy another cat shelf! For the others!

This shelf is an excellent addition to any cat wall. Like all of the Fukumaru items I've purchased, it's exceptionally well made. It comes well packaged, with all the necessary fittings, and complete instructions. My cats don't tend to "hang out" on this step (they absolutely love the hammocks more), but they love it as a temporary perch when looking around and playing. It's larger than you think (and heavier!) but I feel very relieved at the sturdiness and that it doesn't budge when my cats chase each other around on the wall. It's a really, really great addition to any cat wall.

Would give it 5 stars but the item arrived with an ineffective part. One of the black parts used to attach to wall came with incorrectly drilled holes and I can’t even fix it with a drill since the incorrect holes aren’t placed properly and leave no room to correct them.

I know my product is listed as these shelves with a lamb cover, but that is incorrect. I purchased these shelves with the orthopaedic pad and cover. These shelves are very, very sturdy, and really look very nice. The the encased foam cover is made of good quality, and is removable for cleaning. I am very pleased to have found these (2) on Amazon after extensive research on their site. These shelves were packaged very well; boxes inside the main box. I have not installed them as of yet, but the brackets are very sturdy, so I am sure there will be no problem with installation. The pad/covers have a velcroid feature on both ends of the shelf which keeps the pads on the shelf, and are easy to remove when cleaning. FUKUMARU is a really nice company product. I will consider purchasing more in the future. Thank you Amazon for offering the FUKUMARU products.

Easy to assemble and my cat sleeps comfortably on it (Avg size cat about 10lbs) My issue came with the wall I chose to hang everything up on. My townhome has a concrete front, so the anchors and screws were too long to drill into the wall/studs without hitting it. I had to buy shorter ones, but typically I don’t think this should be an issue for a standard wall. Otherwise just watch the video tutorial the brand offers and you shouldn’t have any issues!
