Wrong screws in handles
Some of the screws in the handles were too long. Damage to one pot with wrong screw. We questioned if we got a used set.The pots themselves are really good quality.

Fying pan no good.
I al very happy with this set of plans all except for the 8" frying pan. Food immediately stuck to it and was difficult to clean. Aside from that the post and lids are very good.

Removable handles !!!
I'm really happy with my new cookware. The set is reasonably priced. I put them through the dish washer when they arrived. I removed the handle of the fry pan and used it in the oven at 400 degrees to cook short ribs with no issues. I had my screwdriver waiting! Cleaned well after cooling and soaking. I wanted a set with several sauce pans and removable handles and this one is like the old-fashioned ones I grew up with. I would say though the fry pan is more of a saute' pan in shape so just be aware it is not a skillet. My set was made in India btw. I think you can't go wrong with this set. Be good to you stainless steel cookware and it will be good to you !

Missing hardware
Love it as I started to unpack them there was a loose handle on one of the pots as i looked to just tighten and keep ot was missing a screw? It was wrapped and all but upon looking at the box it seems this was returned before and just reshipped to me...I will not be buying old dutch again
