Great for my retreat group. I’m giving them out and wanted something that was inexpensive but decent quality. For the price, I guess I don’t mind having to cut them myself.

Maybe it was because I didnt read the amazon or mis-read it. You only get the "Pin't band its not a combination of different strengths of strechy bands which is what I thought I had ordered. They are excellent quality band

At my Silver Sneakers class we started using reiistance bands. The bands they supplied were with the handles and rope type. I ordered these bands and they are so much easier to use. You can move up on the bands as you become stronger. Highly recommend these and the price is great!

I used these in inpatient physical therapy. They are great for resistance strengthening. They last a long time, too. One word of advice for beginners. Don't cut them too short! This roll of 8 yds I will cut into 3 8 ft pieces. The longer the better, because, in my opinion, it is better to have enough length to wrap the ends around your hands at least one full time so you can have a strong grip on them. Also, if you are tall, it might be smart to cut them even longer, especially if you intend to stretch them around your foot for leg exercises.

I ordered the red tape for at-home physical therapy. The product listing said the red band is 5 lbs resistance at 100% elongation and 10 lbs at 200% elongation, which is what I needed. I cut off a piece and tried exercises, but it was way too strong of resistance. I checked the label, and the actual item label says that the red band resistance is 10-15 lbs. So the product listing on here is inaccurate.Since I had cut a piece off, I didn't feel right returning it via Amazon. I wish I would have, because I instead reached out to the seller. They said they would send the extra-light (yellow) band instead. But they didn't and now the return window has closed. I'm very unsatisfied with this purchase.

I need to exercise with elastic bands to maintain mobility. The physical therapist who prescribed these exercises gave me some bands which last approximately six months before breaking. These bands provide the same resistance at 1/4 the cost of the brand the therapist gave me. If they last more than six weeks before breaking, they're a better bargain. I've used them for a month now with no problem.
