Fat Gripz One (1.75" Outer Diameter)

Brilliant product really helped with my gym routine and helpful customer service ensuring I knew how to best utilise them

So good I bought 3 pairs for each set of weights I have. Great for grip strength, i would say these are for the average man or woman, they are just the right size for my hands. I find the thicker ones are too hard to use without dropping the weights. The pink ones where cheaper and they add a bit of colour to my bedroom gym.

These are the 3rd set I have of these in different sizes. Creat product and really work well.

I like my fat gripz as after 2 weeks of using them my 1 rep max bench pb have gone up to 110kgP.S. can't add photo cos website is being funny. But my mate mo see me do it so it's real👍🤣👍

This is a good rubber product that fits around my dumbell bar. I was tired of callouses and this has help alleviate that problem by providing a comfortable softer grip vs metal textured bar.Also after the first couple times using the fat grip I could really feel my biceps again after doing curls. It allows you to really squeeze and work your arm in a different way, feels like progress and I prefer this to the metal bar alone.These are expensive for what they do, but cheap considering they will last a very long time and prevent bad callouses and possibly enhance the growth of your arms.I have small hands so the smaller sized ones were a good pick, I guess the standard size would have been a little too big for me.

Good value for money. Good fit on most standard size barbell handles and dumbbell handles as it flexible rubber. Excellent bit of kit to improve grip strength and a good design. Very lightweight so you can take it to the gym with you in your bag. Very easy to use. Only downside is as it is thinner the rubber is a bit more pliable than the bigger blue fat grips so if you don’t get your hand positioning right it feels like you can just peel them off the dumbbell mid rep, not the most comfortable gap between the edges is pressing against your thumb .

Oh my God I love my pink Fat Gripz soo much! They really do make such a difference... Stronger arms here I come!
