I've solved the mystery of why Chaka is bald
Since you're reading this review, you probably have never had this sauce before and you're trying to get a gauge of whether or not the sauce is worth trying. Lemme start out with saying that were two things that stuck out to me when I decided to take the risk and order hot sauce off of Amazon. The first is this dude is bald and the second is why is this hot sauce mysterious?? Well after having tried the sauce, I'll tell you they're all interconnected. Let. Me. Explain. My initial theory before trying this sauce is that it's mystery has to do with some secretive flavor profile hidden within the sauce. Then I realized I could just read the ingredients on the side of the bottle so that wasn't it. I took a look at the bottle, puzzled, seeing no reason for it to be labeled as a "mystery" hot sauce. That's when I saw it. Chaka's head: bald, beautiful, and gleaming. That's when I knew the mystery wasn't about the sauce, but the disappearance of Chaka's hair. I dove into the lore behind Chaka, while aggresively dipping a quesadilla into a pool of Mystery Sauce on my plate, determined to solve the mystery from the bottle. I dabbed some sauce, I took a swig from the bottle all in an effort to get bottom of how Chakas Mystery Sauce and his hair loss are related when it hit me. My search led me to this decisive conclusion: Chaka is bald because his hair was too afraid of his genius.I noticed that after the 3rd hour of research, I had not accomlished much. I was tired and ready to end my long day with some sleep. But after reviewing my sauce stained notes, I realized that I had only discovered small amounts of evidence. I decided to sleep on it, sure I would be able to formulate a theory in the morning. As if I had had a brain blast, I woke up. it's 3:22 AM. I realized the reason for my lack of evidence wasn't because I hadn't found evidence, but that I kept getting distracted everytime I had a bite of my steak quesadilla. Everytime I had a taste of the sauce, I became so distracted I quite literally got lost in the sauce. It was at that exact moment I realized that Chaka too got lost in the sauce. But as the creator, there is no escaping the sauce. Something had to be lost for Chaka to escape the power of the sauce and he knew what had to be done. Chaka made the ultimate sacrifice: his gorgeous locks of curly black hair in order to free himself. Chaka made sure that the power of the sauce be taimed by trapping it into a bottle where small amounts can be released at a time. Anyways this sauce is pretty good and has a solid spicey flavor to it so I'd recommend getting it, but beware you don't get lost in the sauce or you too will lose your hair

Yummy
One of my favorite sauces! It tastes real. It doesn't have an artificial spicy taste to it. It truly reigns supreme over the other sauces.

Good sauce with annoying packaging
I like this sauce. Notable observations are it's not very hot but has a pleasant and more unique flavor. I'd put it in a range of Franks Red Hot or Tabasico in terms of a spice level but those are fair comparisons. This is a less vinegary base flavor and isn't like a buffalo sauce flavor either. It's a good balanced peppery sauce. For the price some may be deterred but it's a bigger bottle however given the lower spice level I'd be prone to use more on my food than other sauces. I appreciate the dropper they install on the bottle because while I come to expect it with these more runny sauces, I've been duped by a few sauces from CaJohns that don't have it and are down right hard to enjoy when a super spicy runny sauce is flowing right out of the bottle without droplets.Where this bottle annoyed me was with the initial packaging. Yes, pretty much any bottle with some some plastic sheath over the neck and cap for you to first remove. This one has that but had no perforations to make opening it any easier. Also I tried just unscrewing the cap with the plastic wrapping but since it runs so long down the neck I couldn't get the whole thing to come off and the cap was stuck in limbo. I know it sounds picky saying I had to then cut this off but I was at work with just a fork and thankfully a tiny screw driver. So I was able to poke at the plastic and get this open.It was way more annoying than it should have been and thankfully it's a 1 time ordeal and now I have the sauce at the ready to enjoy. Thought it worth sharing and that is honestly why I couldn't give this 5/5. It upset me so much to have to struggle for a minute or 2 on something so basic and preventable if they just thought that through more.

Good sauce, good for everyone in the family
I love hot sauces and this is a pretty good one. While I prefer for mine to be on the really hot side, the rest of my family appreciated the fact that this one was not something that would set their mouth on fire. It has a good flavor, something that is a little bit different than a lot of your typical hot sauces. I used this on some pizza and it was good. Tried it on some wings for the rest of the family and they thought it was a good compromise sauce that wasn't too hot for them. Overall, this is a pretty good product that deserves a chance to be tried if you are a big fan of hot sauces.

Milder Tabasco. See my pix for nutrition/ingredients. Close to real keto
- There's a pic of a US flag but it doesn't actually say where it's made- See my pix for ingredients & statsIt contains soy sauce. That's not keto, because of both the soybean and wheat, but a lot of people fudge with it. Depends on how strict you want to be. Everything else is good keto.I'm afraid it's not all that, to me, but of course taste is subjective. It's a thin sauce, no chunks. Just like Texas Pete or Tabasco only not as much heat as those.I like a lot more heat and I'd rather it not be so thin. Also, most of their serving suggestions aren't remotely keto so that confuses me.Either way, if you think you'd like a milder version of Tabasco, or just any sauce that's as close to keto, this might be worth trying.Don't forget to use the Smile.Amazon.com address - It's an Amazon program where many everyday things you buy will generate a small donation from Amazon to the charity of your choice at no cost to you.
