My grand daughter uses it without any tubing and just drops directly from the device. My observation of the fitting appears to be a standard 1/4" tubing.

Q: Would this work to make fruit pearls out of say strawberries and bananas?

We recommend looking up how the spherification technique works online before purchasing and using this product. You can spherify most liquids but you cannot spherify fruit puree.

Q: Does it come with the hose for making pasta noodles?

No. You must buy one of our kits to get that.
