Love my pillow
I am a down pillow user and have slept on down pillows since I was a kid. In the past few years I've noticed that I've been much too hot sleeping on my pillows, probably due to menopause. And also the odor of the feathers started really bothering me. So I went on a search for anything that wasn't down but would give me the same sleeping experience. I tried so many down alternative pillows and most of them just felt like regular foam pillows and were thick and hot. I even tried a buckwheat pillow which felt like a rock. I couldn't even sleep on it for 30 minutes. I use it now on the bed as a back rest and it works great for that. So the search continued and then I found the Serta pillows. The price was so good I thought I would give them a try.Just out of the box I knew the pillows weren't going to be right for me. They felt and looked very big and puffy. My old down pillow was really flat and I could moosh it up to fit just how I like. So I decided to do minor surgery on one of the pillows. Serta, take note: add zippers to these pillows! I cut open an end seam just enough to get my hand through and began pulling out handfuls of the soft fiber fill. I pulled out nearly half the amount in the pillow. But it still wasn't right for me. I then took a zippered pillowcase I had and stuffed it with the filling I removed from the Serta pillow. I did a bit of mooshing and it felt and looked like my old down pillow. I tried it that first night and it did take awhile to get use to as fiber fill is different from down. But I slept great and have been using my franken-pillow for several weeks and have been sleeping really good. So after a bit of work and pillow surgery I finally have something comfortable I can sleep on that doesn't smell like a bird and is nice and cool. I say, give these a try. You can always do what I did and make it work for you.

I’m a baby sleeping on a cloud
These didn’t come vacuum sealed (I think -my boyfriend opened the package) and they were pretty thin and when Id lay my head on it, my head would touch the bed (I.e it was completely flat). So I initially thought these are crap, I’m returning them ASAP. But he asked if we could give them a chance so I agreed. And I was surprised to find the next day that they were so fluffy/puffy but also so soft?!? So I came to the Amazon page and realized it says something along the lines of to allowing 24hr for them to puff up. So I really fluffed them and beat them really good up to get air inside of them. And they became super nice and fluffy with a sturdy upright shape when the bed is made. With “firm” pillows, I typically picture a puffy and thick pillow that doesn’t sink much when you lay my head on it. That makes my neck hurt. And the word “soft” when it comes to pillows, I associate that with a pillow that you head sinks so much that it’s like laying on nothing. That’s why I bought this “medium-firm” because I didn’t want to lay my head on a rock but I also didn’t want a weak a** pillow. By saying this pillow is soft and puffy I mean it has a lot of volume and it’s thick but it is not obnoxiously resistant to mending to the shape of your head. My head doesn’t sink into nothingness, instead this pillow holds my head up just the right amount. I think what allows me to say that it holds MY head up perfectly is that it is adjustable in that you can super easily mess with it/fluff/puff it around and make it hold your head up higher or lower (I.e make it firmer or flatter). Now it’s become the first pillow I reach for every night (most comfortable) and the one I put in the front when I made the bed (it’s pretty - holds up it’s shape but it also looks cozy, soft and inviting). For reference, I mostly sleep on my stomach with one shoulder under the pillow. Also great when laying on my back bc it has so much volume (thick) but very soft so it kind of puffs up on the sides of your head and neck, thereby holding you in that position and providing support.Comfort during sleep is so important, and it’s hard to choose a pillow online, so I hope you found this helpful

Soft Material, well made
I have bought so many pillows over the years to just have to give them away. I have neck pain where my neck attaches to my skull due to a car accident, and I get chronic headaches. I need some support for my head and neck, but can't stand firm hard pillows. I also don't like pillows that are so soft that my head sinks down to the bed. These pillows are heavy, and well made. They are between a soft and medium support, which is perfect for me. My head doesn't sink to the bed, it's just right. There was no odor, and they poofed up within a couple of hours. I recommend these, and if you like a little more firmness it comes in medium/firm too.

Mislabeled Box, Comfy/Squishable Pillow
I ordered a 2 pack set of king size pillows. I shared the link with my daughter-in-law and she ordered the same. Her set was perfect (box labeled king and 2 beautiful comfy king size pillows inside). My set was not (box labeled king but QUEEN size inside). See attached photos for identical labels but big size difference. Even though mispacking of box occurred at manufacturer (Serta), Amazon took care of me and issued a full refund. Despite the mix-up, these pillows are amazing in any size - nice cooling effect, moldable to any desired shaped (can be flattened or fluffed up), hypoallergenic and great value!

Coming from pottery barn down pillows...
I have been sleeping on pottery barn feather down pillows for the past year. I wasn't sure how I would like these new pillows compared to the fancy ones I knew, but I thought they were cheap enough to give it a try. I was skeptical when they arrived. They seemed to be kind of floppy when I was putting them in the pillow case. They were still floppy when I grabbed them to sleep. Last night was my first night with these and I slept so well. So comfortable! So much better! Less tossing and turning! My neck and back are much happier. I'm a side sleeper so I sleep with both semi stacked. It's nice not having to reflux my pillows all night. I'm also happy I no longer have feathers poking at me. These are so great, I highly recommend. I need two more pillows for my bed, and if I didn't like these I was going to buy another variety. I now think I'll be getting two more.
