When I received it already no plastic wrap, only had the surface white and black paper, I felt it is too dry, but I still tried to do, the result is bad, it didn't work, now the return time is closed.

I’ve been using this product since the late 1970s. It’s been a consistently reliable pipe dope on black pipe fittings for high pressure natural gas. Most recently I found it to be equally effective on threaded brass fittings on my shallow well water pump. Because the joint compound is packaged as a stick inside a wrapper your hands stay clean during application. To apply you just “rake” the dope stick uniformly across the grain of the pipe threads. The price is good too. I recommend this joint compound over all others.

I leave my stick in a zip-lock bag in the refrigerator. When the Teflon Tape is too thin, the Teflon grease to runny, and I need an INDESTRUCTO seal, this is the stuff to use. I have had to use it on all kinds of pipe including plastic, PVC, Teflon, Aluminum, Nylon, TEC, Copper, Steal, Iron, and others. That was usually after the recommended sealer had failed.Tip: It does not take much but be sure to get some on both ends of the threads Male and Female.

I've used another brand of this before and found it real handy, and of t en easier to get a good seal than with tape. The big box stores don't carry it so I ordered this. I got the large size because it was a better deal. Well, it is a BIG crayon, but that's OK. The exterior surface gets kind of hard, so you have to get down to the good stuff, but then it works fine. Rub it across the male threads to fill them. I like it!

So this stuff works amazing and the larger on comes with flat ends the smaller thinner ones have a crayon type tip I like the bigger ones better

An absolute must for any threads…..better than messing with Teflon tape. The phone company has been using it for decades. Lasts forever

Used this years ago at a municipal irrigation department. I'll use this any day on any threaded pipe to prevent leaks over Teflon tape.

I received it hard as a rock! Not usable. Dont buy this item on the web. Buy local.

今までシールテープが滑ってしまい巻き直しをしてきましたが、スティクを着けると滑らず巻けるので巻き直しが無くなりました。

最初は粉っぽく不安しかし杞憂、後からクレヨンっぽいお陰でシールテープは上手く巻けて漏れる気配もありません。素晴らしい消耗品です。ありがとうございました。

プロはこういうものがなくてもうまく出来るんでしょうが、日曜大工くらいしかやらないアマチュアこそ、こういうものを使うと失敗がなくていいです。
