Q: Can you wear this to sleep to monitor HRV?

I haven’t don’t this but I’m guessing you can if you pair it to your phone health app. I don’t know what calculations it would do for variability but it should monitor your heart rate. I use a Fitbit to monitor my sleep.

Thanks for your question about coospo HR HRV HRZ armband monitor, When you setting the MAX heart arte Maximum is 180BPM, Heart rate Percentage less 60%, led is blue color, it meas your training is start and you are in Warm-up. When Led transfer into GREEN, your heart rate should catch 60-70% of MAX, and you are in Fat Burning. And YELLOW is 70-80% of MAX, you are in Aerobic Endurance. Purple color is 80-90%, you are in Strength Building. and the last phase is RED,you are in MAX heart rate and Anaerobic Endurance you are. And when your heart rate catch 180 bpm, the heart rate armband will vibrated and remind you. With the LED function, user no need to keep an eye on the phone while training. Thank you. ranges . Good product but output app is not good

Coospo has no app for runners. The official app is coospo rider which is only for cyclists.You need to use a different app named hearttool as per guidelines given in the product details.This app is very average. Sometimes it records data, other times it completely missed the data. Not very useful.
