This motor worked fine, until I accidentally put a screw that was too long into the rotor. The holes are through holes and the motor windings are just inside them, so the screw very quickly damaged the winding.

Pretty low quality motors with a cheap feel. Probably okay for a small gimbal on a tiny camera - but the torque to weight ratio isn't what is needed for many robotics applications. I'm fairly certain all of these motors are identical on amazon, and none of them are impressive. Just choose the lowest price you can find if you want these, otherwise look at something like the gm3506 for a higher quality build...

I tested the product and determined that it is probably a very inexpensive and suitable alternative for use as small scale-model wind-turbine generator. The product description may be suitable for some purpose, but was of no help to me.
