I have some chronic pain issues since I had some injuries about 3 years ago which has left me with a really messed up nervous system that overreacts to stressors. As an actor, you get nerves before going on stage - it's just part of the job and it's fine. Prior to my injuries my nerves were just a gentle flutter. Now it's borderline panic attack and palpitations - not because I have stage fright - I don't, but just because my nervous system is so jangled it's more of a drama queen than I am. I'm getting better at retraining my body, but in the meantime, this helps when I need to perform and can't afford to let my nervous system get in my way.

Was very very skeptical about using CBD drops as they seem a little bit homeopathic applied to a medical model.I bought the small bottle to try and the taste was surprisingly pleasant. The instructions were easy and with it being my first time, I stuck to 0.5ml (you can have 1.0ml).15-20 minutes later my mind, which likes to remind me to overthink everything at bedtime, was nice and slow. As Marge Simpson said "it's like someone ironed all the wrinkles out my brain".I slept wonderfully and woke up in a decent mood for once.Plus, anything endorsed by "the fringe" that is Claudia Winkleman usually has high praise.

Easy to use, taste was ok, however, my sleep and pain did not improve so I stopped using.

Am frustrated by the pricing of this product, am looking to see if another brand might just be better value. Only way to get a decent price is to spend £80+

This is my second bottle of this, so I've used it fairly frequently over a few months and I can honestly say it's magic!I must say though, that I can't comment on pain relief as that's not why I use it. But as for the relief from anxiety, it is really quite incredible! That doom knot is no longer there, and I now have a good seven or eight hours sleep a night.I only use 25mg when I need it or think I may need something to help as I've something to do that would have been stressful to me, so for me just a small dose works wonders.I can't praise it highly enough, it's truly marvellous.The taste is OK, it's soon gone anyway and putting it exactly as suggested, under the tongue where its absorbed much faster is definitely accurate!I gain almost instant calm, so if I've a big day ahead for whatever reason, a quick nip of this allows me to get through the day with no anxiety or uneccassary worry.Try it, it's great.

Great product, helps with focus. Good stress releiver. Very little taste.

Started using a few days ago for sleep but not noticed a difference. Increased the dose slightly and still nothing so don’t think it works. I also suffer from pain in knees which is also still present. I will continue using to see if any improvement and will amend my review if so.
