I'm in love. Don't tell my husband. But this pillow is clutch. I have neck issues along with Trigeminal Neuralgia. This makes anything related to my neck kinda tricky. It gives just the right amount of neck support, super flexible so you can contort it to fit you. Light weight and soft. Very sturdy. Fair warning the fabric cover does start pilling pretty fast. I wish they sold replacement covers but not enough of an issue to knock off a star. I'll be reaching out to my neighbor to make some fun replacement covers. Also, you can twist it around, lay it on your lap to prop up your tablet or book. I'm so glad I purchased this instead of the Turtl pillow.

Wow❣️I have compressed disks in my neck and sleeping is hard. I sleep in my recliner and have been using a thin hand towel doubles and rolled up to put under my neck. I have tried other cervical supports and none worked for me. I found this and liked what I read about it and the reviews and decided to try it. It is fabulous! It is soft,yet supports my neck. I like that it bends to any shape. I used it last night and sleep peacefully without any pain in my neck in the morning. I totally recommend this support pillow.

I've used this pillow in various situations and configurations and it has done its job like a champ. I'm only giving four stars because it can't quite coil into a circle and trying can put some strain on the snap, and because it can't be compressed for packing as much as other travel pillows due to the spine.Other than that, I've used it in a standard configuration for camping, a weird snake-like twist for sleeping on a plane, a cinnamon roll for propping my legs, and just straight as a neck roll. It really does twist around like they show, and it really served me well on a ten day camping trip that included sixteen hour flights and eight hour car rides. It's even my pillow of choice when I visit friends or family where I sleep on a sofa or air mattress.I hesitated to buy it, but I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it and it's still my go-to for traveling.

LOVE this pillow. - soft cover, provides the perfect amount of support and you can twist it into the shape you need. I am in the hospital and this easily gives me the control to put the support right where I want - like to support my neck so it doesn’t fall to the side. Use the whole length or just a few inches. Absolutely perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Thanks for that!!I really wanted to like it.I have really bad neck pain because of the arthritis in my vertebrae. I needed something to help with support for my neck while reading, watching tv and car rides.I read the reviews and this sounded like the thing I needed. I loved the idea that it would bend and I could adjust it to fit different areas of my head and neck depending on how I was sitting or lying.Well, I don’t know what people are doing to make this thing work, but it’s the most uncomfortable neck pillow ever.The bar inside is hard and pokes you no matter how you put it. No matter how I bend or adjust this thing it’s hideously uncomfortable. It actually hurts to use it.The idea behind it is great, the actual design is terrible. I have fought with this thing for a week and not once have I found a comfortable way to put it on my neck or the back of my head.Total waste of money and time.

great neck pillow. bought this for my 6hr overnight flight to Iceland, so I could try and get some sleep. This pillow is twistable so you can have your neck in a lot of different positions or just fold it and use it as a pillow. I used this in a window seat and was able to lean against the wall with the pillow. I was able to get a few hours of sleep on the plane. I did get stopped by TSA because there is a wire in the pillow and the pillow was in my bookbag, so it may be best to have the pillow out of your carry-on when going through security.

This pillow did the trick and then some. The rod inside gives you configuration options and you never feel it. The exterior is cotton and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It does what it's supposed to do. The only complaint was it comes with a metal piece in the middle to help it hold shape. My husband is using it amd hasn't complained but it threw me off when opened it initially.
