Does what it claims !
Suffering from a very chesty cough and wanted something a bit easier to manage other than rubbing Vicks onto my chest. This humidifier takes two menthol pads (if you wish to use them) and even when only set half way it emits a lovely vapour into the room. I use especially in my bedroom 4 hours before I go to bed to fill the room and then leave on for a couple whilst asleep. Its very quiet, so not disturbing. I noticed some review said they didnt get the enclosed pads and I thought I hadnt at first, but then found them tucked inbetween the pages of the instruction booklet. Highly recommend.

Very good piece of kit for chestiness, keeps the airways clear, but unfortunately didn't come with any vapour pads like it says.

Way more hassle than it’s worth
I can honestly say I noticed no difference in either myself, my husband or my child when using this. The cleaning and maintenance is crazy to prevent dangerous mould spores growing inside it is not worth it in my opinion. Wish I had not purchased
