Product works very well and allows me gauge my lung health slightly. It is very easy to use with no set up required, just wash the mouth piece easily and then is good to use, seems durable and is comfortable and easy to use.

I’ve noticed an improvement in my breathing and lung strength, especially during physical activity. Highly recommended for anyone recovering from illness, doing vocal training, or just wanting to improve lung capacity!

Does the job for me. Like another reviewer, I play the saxophone and wanted something to build up and maintain my lung capacity. For the price this is a grand bit of kit. Fairly sturdy and easy to use. Ticks all the boxes.

I tried this upon arrival and it didn't work. Being a typical kind of bloke I hadn't read the instructions and just moaned about how useless it was.A friend then came round and picked it up and it worked perfectly! If only I knew you had to inhale not exhale, of course I never mentioned this fact to him :)

I was recommended one of these to try and clear phlegm from my chest and of my breathing. For the small gadget that it is it seems to work very good

I did clean it before using but the product still left a horrendous plastic taste in my mouth after using the inhalation tube .I have had to keep washing my mouth out after using and couldn't get rid of the taste. I have binned it as I feel it is unsafe . I dare not use it again.

Bought for my husband who developed pneumonia in the summer. This is a good visual aid to practice deep breathing exercises. You suck rather than blow to raise the balls, this expands the lungs. The secret is to have them raise slowly and steadily rather than sharpener. 10 breaths every hour, it's a fun way to get someone to do it properly.
