Just came from the review of my blood test. I started taking this consistently several months ago. The results of the blood test showed approximately 47 point increase in my free testosterone. I haven't noticed any changes, I keep getting the pill taste coming up.

I take three a day to keep my milk supply strong. I breastfeed and I store about 8-10 ml of milk each day. If I skip a day it makes a noticeable difference.I’ve used this product for years. I started with my first born when I needed to produce more milk and I’m on my fourth baby now.Only downside to all fenugreek supplements is that my sweat smells different but I might be smelly because I lactate. It’s not a strong odor and I do have a sensitive nose. No one else around me has complained.

I could feel the effectiveness of the pills. My testosterone levels most definitely increased which was amazing. My stomach did feel a little upset after a few weeks of it though. My energy was through the roof. Great value for money. I believe I had some digestion issues with it (minor). The health benefits was the reason why I got it. Very effective. Bad digestion. You should get it if you have low T levels but if not protein powder would work too.
