Colours not guaranteed but we try to supply a good variety from Greats, Blues, Pinks, Browns, Blacks, Reds, Oranges, Greys, Mottled, etc.Excellent algae cleaners. They are themselves food for larger fish, including goldfish, but will multiply readily given the chance. Well fed on a calcium rich diet to help their shells. No special care as they manage on algae and won't eat any live plants.Please research your other tank inhabitants to ensure compatibility and do carefully follow the acclimatising instructions. AquaLife UK gather daily from our Devon ponds and tanks and dispatch 1st Class. Snails are carefully packaged but should they not arrive safely please let us know and they will be replaced.Lucky DipYou will also receive 5 strands of Elodea Densa which thrives both in ponds and aquariums where it provides oxygen as well as somewhere for the fish to hide or spawn. It is an attractive, submerged plant that grows to the surface. Each strand will be about 6 inches (15cm) long and we provide two ceramic weights for each bunch of 5. Simply drop them into your tank or pond and they will root and flourish. Alternatively you can remove the weights and fix them yourself, or leave them free floating. We do take care to ensure all our plants are clean on dispatch but please be aware that these are gathered from our Menagerie Tank so will almost certainly come with a few extra baby snails, free of charge! The tank has Great, Flat and the rare and endangered Whirlpool Ramshorn, which we do not otherwise sell. Or you might get a Tadpole Bladder, Great Pond, or a Trapdoor. Wonderful
Bought the bundle about a month back roughly.All came alive and well packaged.They settled in very well. (That's an understatement lol)The plants came with weights which was good.Good for oxygenating etc (gathers snail poo etc though).They've since munched through those lol.Only took a week before I discovered a tiny clutch of eggs... Once I knew what clutches looked like, I soon saw plenty more clutches.The tiny babies are just so adorable! Their little antennae and slight different colours etc.Last week...Im sorry to the owner to announce, but the snails were doing too much 'hot yoga', as I'll call it and couldn't find all of the snail clutches to take out of the water and couldn't keep up with removing them (I'm not always in) etc...So I had to do something evil... I had to buy 2 baby assassin snails.My snails I got in the bundle have gotten bigger now and are still doing well and the babies are cute.They recently gained some shrimp friends and nice plants (which are also getting eaten oops). But with all that hot yoga, I'm sure they need extra food/energy!Very interesting addition and fun to watch. They came with a nice selection of colours and the plants was good quality before they got eaten.I suggest buying algae wafers for them.But before you buy this bundle or Ramshorn's in general, depending on where you're putting them, ensure that you've pre-planned what your option of choice will be once they start doing hot yoga shortly after. Because as I discovered, it happens rather quickly and need to think of quick solution.But I love them very much. They're amazing value and highly recommended. Thanks so much.

Live snails for fishtank
I purchased the ramshorn snails for my fishtank and they are a good addition to it. Also they are too big for the fish to eat.

Snails happy and healthy. Plants not so much
I order plants online often and never have an issue. Unfortunately this time the plants already didn't look healthy and were off coloured when they arrived and were dead within days. Luckily the snails arrived happy and healthy and are doing well

Nice selection plants and snails
The snails and plants have just arrived and I'm pleased with the quality of the plants and snails. The instructions on how to acclimate the snails was a pleasant surprise as not all companies do that. They were well packed and safe too. Highly recommend
