great vacuum for my home. I bought one for my church as well. We all love it.

Christmas gift, but my experience was disappointing. After using it once on hardwood and carpet, it failed to pick up dirt effectively—just pushed it around on the hardwood and didn’t clean the carpet well. When I returned it, I faced a 50% restocking fee and $150 shipping cost, which felt unfair since I had to test it to assess its performance. The company claimed it was heavily used, but it was only slightly marked from normal use. Throughout my communication, I encountered a frustrating pattern where they repeatedly sent the same generic responses, failing to address my specific concerns. This lack of genuine engagement made me feel like they were not interested in resolving my issues, adding to my disappointment with the overall experience. Thankfully, Amazon refunded me, but the company’s lack of accountability for their refurbished products was disheartening.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Amazing suction, amazing clean, amazing smell!!! I love it! It gets all the dirt from the carpet. I currently live in an apartment and the carpet was not the best when we first arrived. After getting rental carpet cleaners to see if it will bring the carpet back it did not work at ALL. Buying this and washing the carpets CHANGED MY LIFE, not only does the carpet smell good, it’s brand new again!!

Great at what it does. Good price, could not tell it was refurbished. But.....It is HEAVY. Once underway, weight is less a problem. It really sucks, in a good way. Emptying the canister can be a chore, but not too bad. Overall, a good machine.

Horrible! So disappointed as the roller wheel did not spin. Was on the phone with Dyson for 40 minutes and Amazon for another 20. Returning it to UPS today with a QR code that I have no clue what to do with.This was a refurbished vacuum. I was expecting a new vacuum but got a used, not so well refurbished one.Such a disappointment and unnecessary frustration!!!

The suction on this vac is excellent.

Comes disassembled. Not difficult but would have found assembled item more user friendly.
