This is an excellent product. Also great value for money. The L-Thanine combined with the lemon balm is excellent for peri-menopause anxiety. It also helps if you take with caffeine to avoid the caffeine jitters.

they are under dosed
its an effective product which helps me sleep but ive emptied a few out onto my scales. they all seem to be about 40mg under dosed. i have highly accurate and calibrated scales.
