Beware. Delivery window was not as represented by seller. Package arrived one week late. Despite seller claiming cartridges works with HP9010, it turns out to be incompatible. My HP9010 kept on rejecting it despite my trying every possible way suggested by seller. Returning it is not easy. Seller gives a return address in Dubai with an India phone number! Courier (at my cost, of course), faced difficulties in delivering return package. I hope they will eventually refund. To me this is a scam and I can’t understand how Amazon turns a blind eye to this scam.

The first cartridges we received didn't print correctly, but customer service was amazing a replaced them quickly with cartridges that did.

The ink service offered by the OEM vendor was not worth the money we were being charged. We cancelled the service and after some snooping on Amazon bought these. They work perfectly once you're free of the electronic monitoring of the OEM...have worked perfectly...and will pay for themselves in less than 6 months. If you've been thinking about it...JUST DO IT!

A week ago I was contacted by Katie Jones at lestic us with regard to the problem I had with the black ink cartridge that did not work as noted in my previous review. She was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience and stated that there was an issue with the recent HP firmware update and that the issue had been resolved and was willing to send me a new set of cartridges to try in my printer. I agreed and the cartridges arrived within 2 days. When I put them into the printer, it recognized all of the cartridges and the test pages were perfect. I appreciate the level of customer service that lestic us showed me, and seeing firsthand their commitment to make things right gives me the confidence to order this product from them in the future. I have upgraded my overall rating from 3 to 5 stars.Original review:When I ordered this product it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I had to use the magenta and cyan cartridges right away, but did not need to use the yellow or black cartridges. Three months later when I went to replace the black cartridge, it would not recognize it. I tried all the normal methods such as taking it out and blowing canned air on the sensor and put it back in. Put the old cartridge in and then try the new one again... etc. Nothing worked. I contacted the seller (lestic us) but after a week I received no reply. I contacted Amazon customer service and even though I had missed my return date by 2 weeks, the kindly offered me a refund once I returned all of the cartridges.

Update: This company has gone above and beyond make sure that I am taken care of. They have reached out to me several times to try and make sure that I receive the correct product for my printer and credited me for my troubles. The best customer service that I have seen in a very long time., hands down!! Unfortunately, I won't be able to speak to the new ink cartridges until after I have used up the new ones that I had to purchase, but I feel confident that they will work this time.The description says it is a replacement cartridge for my HP 9051e printer, but my printer says it is identified as cloned or incapable. Unfortunately, I bought it four weeks ago and my black ink just ran out and now I find out it won’t work after it is too late to return it. $90 wasted!!
