Pros: This pillow is a standard size and my pillow cases fit it. The loft is very good, so nice to find a low rise pillow like this. It seems very good quality and I expect it to last a long time. Nice to have the removable, washable cover. The firmness I suspect is good for body alignment for side sleepers like me.Cons: Compared to a medium firmness of a memory foam contoured pillow, this one is surprisingly harder. I find the contour shape does not work for me, so I prefer this pillow for its uniform loft. I have used this one a few nights, and I am getting used to the firmness. But I will not get a matching pillow as I first intended, as I would like to try one just like this and a bit softer.

This is the greatest pillow and I would give it ten stars if it were possible! Pillow comfort is personal and I prefer a very firm pilow; I don't like my face to be enveloped in the pillow. Some reviews indicated that this pillow was too firm, which is the reason I purchased it; I've been searching for one for many years that meets my comfort needsl. This pillow fits nicely into my pillow cases; I've purchased pillows in the past that that are so thick and fluffy that they will not fit into my cases and I've had to return them. I initially purchase only one, to test it, and after one night of glorious sleep I bought another. So, if you like a very frim pillow that has no odor and will fit into your pillow cases, this is the one for you and worth every penny!

So my son (almost 3) needed a more proportionate pillow for his size. He had a toddler pillow--- similar to this of memory foam and breathable. I tried a handful of pillows and either they were too small, way too big, way too expensive, or really really fluffy. I finally took a gamble on this pillow and both he and I are happy. A little bigger and taller than I would have liked, but it's breathable, reasonably priced, and not too fluffy that I'm uncomfortable with him sleeping on it. He will be able to grow into this for years to come.

Looks like a lot of the negative reviews mention that this pillow is best for side and stomach sleepers. I think that's absolutely true. I'm a stomach sleeper, so that's why I got it. I would like it if this pillow were just a bit firmer or a bit thicker to keep my head a bit higher. Overall I sleep well on the pillow so I'm content. It is what the description says.

This pillow has a very nice concept, and the material it is made from is great, however it is just too flat for me. I tend to sleep on my back and side, and I just cannot find comfort in my neck with this pillow. When I had originally started using it, it definitely helped with my head, neck, and shoulder pain, but I think that was just from the transition of an old, shapeless pillow to this. Now, after a couple of months, I'm getting neck pain again because of how flat it is. I really wanted to like this pillow. Very disappointed.

Looks nice came nicely packaged, the problem is its too thin, online says 3.85inches, package says 4inches, its only 3.25, laying down i immediately started to feel neck and jaw pain because its too thin and too soft, i have bad hands and with no effort can pinch it flat, hopefully someone else in my house will like it

I have owned this pillow for several months now. Stomach sleeper. It started out firmed than I liked, but it either got broken in or I've gotten used it it, because I love it now. I'd definitely buy another if needed. "Cool-Gel" is a bit of a misnomer - I didn't feel like the pillow was particularly cool. It does, however, go a great job of venting heat. With other pillows, I've become uncomfortable and hot, particularly in the summer, from the pillow reflecting back body heat. This pillow REFUSES to be warmed beyond "room temperature," which has served me just fine.

I bought these hoping and praying that it would cure my husband's snoring and I have to say I haven't gotten better sleep in my life! Seriously, life changing. If you know there are no medical conditions or anything due to snoring and the snoring is just because your spouse wants to keep an old favorite "flat" pillow and that all other pillows are too "fluffy," then this is the pillow to cure it all. Seriously, I'm actually sleeping now. I liked it so much that I got one for myself and it has cured my neck issues. We are side sleepers by the way and could never find pillows that weren't too fluffy or soft. I even bought an expensive Sheex pillow and it did nothing for us. Your head will be perfectly supported and it is just soft enough. You have found a loyal customer for life!
