Helpful for sick fish
Normally I use floating koi food so I can see the fish come up. I have one koi who was injured recently and is missing most of her tail. She can't get to the top so this food was very helpful. Unfortunately they all like it so they try to get to it before she does. I have to be clever and divert them elsewhere as much as possible. But it really helps to keep that fish fed so she can recover

Great for young, Koi, fish and goldfish
I bought this because it’s easy for fish to eat because it’s sinks and it’s great for younger fish that are much smaller

Might be good koi food, but it turns the water brown
I wish I could say something positive about this koi food, but I cannot get the darn lid off!I was able to get the band off, but I can neither pry off the lid or twist it!Edit: I dislike this food because it turns my koi pond brown. I have tried this food twice, and though my koi like the food and I like the company, I hate that the food turns the water and ugly brown. If they could fix the coloring, they would have a winning product!

EXCELLENT product and customer service was awesome
I am so impressed with this company. They responded very quickly to my question and were extremely helpful with their response. The quality of the food is top notch and having it sink really helps my younger koi/goldfish which hesitate coming to the surface to compete with the big koi. Thank you Microbe-Lift!!!

Mine don’t sink.
Tried them as minnow bait. They float away.
