Great camera for beginners and content creators
This camera is easy to use and takes very good photos and videos. The image quality is sharp, and the autofocus is fast and reliable. It’s great for vlogging, social media and everyday use. It’s lightweight and comfortable to hold, and the flip screen is very helpful for recording yourself. Video quality is clear, even in lower light. Battery life is decent, but having an extra battery helps. Overall, it’s a great camera for beginners or anyone upgrading from a phone.

Clear, durable webcam that works great for streaming
This webcam has become my favorite upgrade for livestreams. Setup was super easy, and it captures a clear, sharp image, picking up all the colors and lights in my background. When I watch my streams back, the quality is noticeable and gives viewers a much better experience. The webcam feels durable and well-built, not cheap, and it’s versatile enough for photos or on-the-go videography if I ever need it. I recently moved to a new house, and it fits perfectly in a small bag for easy storage. I actually got this on a sale two years ago, and it’s still one of my best purchases for my setup. For anyone doing content creation or working from home, this is a reliable, high-quality, and versatile webcam that makes a big difference.

Great value, awesome versatility
I know the mk2 just came out. But hear me out. This one is better in a very particular way. Versatility. Because of the physical shutter, the zve10 here is a great hybrid shooter. Capturing great video, and amazing picture. Sure the mk2 has 10 bit color, but this mk1 is cheaper and more flexible. So depending on your specific needs both are great options. Pair this with a prime lens like the viltrox 23mm for talking head videos, or even a zoom like the 17-70 from tamron for great run and gun photography. This camera covers everything. Its a great place to begin a photo and/or video journey, that will help you learn everything from the basics, up to the advanced. And if you decide to upgrade to say an a7IV, or fx30, then you can always use this as a b cam, or a portable street shooter. I have used every feature so far, the slo mode is great, albeit a little limited, the continuous shooting is perfect, webcam streaming mode is easy to use and looks great, and of course recording content for youtube and instagram is a breeze. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get started, but don't want to overspend. Grab this and a viltrox lens and your good to go. The packaged 16-50 lens is also very capable, don't let others fool you. Sure its limited apurture makes its low light performance suffer, but in well let areas or during the day, it captures great footage.

The best camera to learn and grow from!
I recently upgraded from the Sony ZV-1F to the Sony ZV-E10 and it is the best move ever! I owned the ZV-1F for about 9 months before upgrading and it was the perfect camera for a beginner getting into photography and videography. As time went on, I knew that I needed to get a better camera to grow my skills and when the ZV-E10 went on sale for black Friday, I couldn't pass up the deal since that camera was on my wishlist! At this point, I've owned the ZV-E10 for about a week now, and the camera is perfect! The 16-50mm kit lens is amazing for what it is and the photos/videos that are taken with it come out looking very beautiful and cinematic. Since I am still a beginner at this camera setting, I just set everything to automatic, which still does a great job! The photos and videos are still amazing and I can't over the fact that the AF and bokeh look so good in the photos/videos (the AF is also pretty fast)! The microphone captures good audio and it does a great job for what it is - even for vlogging. However, I would say to invest in a good microphone if you're looking for something that will capture the fullness of your voice. Some things that I don't like about the camera are the batteries and the touchscreen functionality. The battery drains pretty fast if you have the camera up and running. You will DEFINITELY need extra batteries for this but Amazon has some good bundle deals for this! As for the touchscreen functionality, there is ONLY touch to track or touch to focus, no other functions than that. As I mentioned, I came from the ZV-1F, where the whole screen has touchscreen functionality. I was pretty sad to find that out since I was so used to the ZV-1F's screen. My final thoughts on the Sony EV-E10 is that it is an amazing camera for what it will give you. Although it is more on the advanced side since the settings can be a little hard to understand from a beginner, it is still a good camera to LEARN and GROW your skills from. The lens is something that can always be switched out so you don't always need to use the 16-50mm kit lens (but know that lens does get expensive if you are looking to upgrade). I do not regret my decision to buy this camera and I am very happy with it!

Great multi-use camera for the starter
Fantastic camera. For the money, this is a fantastic deal in functionality and value. It's a great video camera, it's a decent photo camera (I don't like the lack of viewfinder for faster subjects). The size and weight are nice and compact, although I'd recommend a grip for it. Color accuracy and auto focus are good. No real complaints. With a good set of glass, this should get you moving in a serious way.

Good
The battery on the camera is mediocre however the quality itself of the camera is pretty good. Especially considering how much cheaper this is compared to others on the market. No eyehole sucks but if you use this for just video you should be fine.

Amazing quality even with stock lens
At first I paired this up with a Camlink 4k for streaming and was frustrated by the washed-out look in OBS. I realized that this camera requires a lot of configuration both in any desktop software using it, as well as in the camera's deep-dive menu system. After you get everything dialed in, it is simply amazing. This is not a pick up and go camera. This is a complex tool that requires a bit of configuration to get right. But once you do, it will blow you away. I did notice the rolling shutter problem, but I'm not using this for fast panning or action. The stock lens is impressive, and can only get better as you customize with better Sony, Sigma, or other specialty lenses. I like that the bundle lens is 16-50mm so if you're new to the APS-C format you can easily figure out what your favorite focal lengths are and upgrade to better lenses in that range. Not that you'll have to upgrade, the bundled lens can meet all your needs easily. Overall package is very light and small. USB-C power needs to provide at least 2A in order to keep the camera running a long time for a stream. Otherwise the battery drains pretty quickly (around 2 hours max). I am very happy with this camera, get it if you're thinking about it.

Finally a replacement for the a5100!
After all these years, Sony finally released a camera that is a worthy upgrade for the a5100. Let all the vloggers rejoice! This is a great little camera. Good sound, picture quality, and of course all the video options are amazing. I think it's a little too expensive though. This camera is marketed to vloggers, but this is more than just a video camera. The kit lens takes amazing pictures, but the world is your oyster with the E-mount and lens options. I'm going out tomorrow to take proper pics and video, so I'll add them to this review later. Here are some camera specific things I'd like to point out. The S&Q mode is cool if you want to see slow motion/speed ramping in the camera itself, but there won't be any sound. A better way to do this is to shoot in 120p and slow it down in post. You will have sound that way, if that's important for you. Use Clear Image Zoom to get a few extra mm with unnoticeable degradation of quality. In camera stabilization is not the best. Active mode is the best but with a HUGE crop. But if you have other lenses like a wide angle you can compensate for the lost picture. Use the memory recall to have different settings for photo and video modes.
