Update
I absolutely love this machine! First of all it was shipped quickly with very secure packaging. Then, I received a welcome email from Jay the company owner/inventor. Very nice touch. The warranty is awesome with free parts if something fails + there is an impressive amount of info re how to use & benefits from using on seller’s web page. The VT007 is very well constructed which is impressive. It is also quite easy to use with minimal controls. A button to control the Hz, another to set the amplitude. It’s set automatically for a ten minutes which can be changed & there are other programs that can be used + it has a nice wide platform. You get full vibration no matter where you stand unlike the oscillating vibe machines where vibration amount depends upon where you stand You really feel like you have had an intense workout using the highest amplitude.I can’t address results much yet as I’ve only had it less than two weeks , but I can say that I’m starting to notice less pain in that short time & when I bend over my finger tips can now reach the floor when before they were about two inches above it. meaning my flexibility has already increased..I use it twice a day both times doing 10 min standing (knees slightly bent) and 10 min sitting to make sure I’m getting a full workout on upper body. I found an easy way to sit on it so that it isn’t a problem getting down/up. I have an 11 in high metal stool with a top measure of 11 x 14. I put the VT on top & that’s high enough for easy access. I also use it by a wall for balance if needed.I’m looking forward to what develops from continued use!! I’ll try to remember to update later after using it for a while.Update:I cut down my use to once a day but still using it for 10 min standing & 10 min sitting. Every other day I do exercises for upper body using heavy bands & then do squats, calf raises & dead lifts. My muscles seem to respond better when exposed to the vibration. I feel I'm getting stronger in all areas of my body, getting more limber & still having less pain. I'm also still losing weight. I know it's great for lymph drainage & blood circulation & I feel great after using.I want to say too that this company has the most awesome customer service I've ever encountered,I had a problem with the control box. I emailed the company on a Sunday at 8PM & before an hr went by, Jay had emailed me with an apology & noted that he had just placed an order for a new control box to be shipped by Fed EX express- 2 day ship & no charge for either the part or the shipping. I had a new control box by Wednesday. Seriously, you can't go wrong dealing with this awesome company!

No bells, no whistles. YES, Effective & Durable!
The VT007 is rock solid and potent. I've used it for 3 months now: 10 minutes, twice daily. I immediately realized what great potential this machine offers, meaning that it's capable of much more than I could handle right off. This vibration therapy is powerful and the VT007 delivers as promised!Yes, a glowing review is well deserved here.I have found 35 hertz vibration is the sweet spot for me. The VT007 has low or high amplitude settings. The high was too strong for me, at first. Now, after 3 months, I'm up to using high amplitude in the morning and low amplitude in the evenings.I'm 64 years old, in pretty good shape, but I've had knee pains for several years, in varying degrees. I've seen unmistakable improvement since I began using the VT007. I've also experienced relief from nagging aches in the neck, shoulders and back. This vibration therapy is immediately soothing and calming, and subtlety effective in the long term.I have tried another fancy looking machine that my sibling recently bought. The platform rocks left and right, instead of pure vertical thrust like the VT007. It has 200 speed settings, and no way of knowing what the actual frequency of its "vibration" is. I read the manufacturer's specs for the machine (VibraPro) which said the actual frequency range was about 1 to 20 hertz. All I can say is I am very glad I am using the VT007, rather than some other practically worthless machine. The product quality, design, functionality, and durability are clearly superior to most others. It comes with the very best warranty and customer support I've seen anywhere. The company owner, Jay Tang, will personally respond to your questions or issues, if there are any.In my opinion the Vibration Therapeutics machines are the best bet on the market for someone who is seriously interested in the benefits to be realized with a superb, rock solid, vibration platform.

Fantastic Product!!!
When I first starting looking into vibration therapy devices this product stood out because the console, though conected, is separate from the base. This made so much sense because the you wouldn't want the electronics to be exposed to vibration. Also, the the web site had lots of information on vibration therapy to help you understand the difference between different devices and the pros and cons of each as well as information on studies conducted on vibrational therapy. The site also had a spec sheet to figure out the level of the vibration you would be exposed to, based on settings and weight. This gave me great confidence in the settings I would be using.I particularly like to use the device for single leg balancing after viewing information Emily Splichal put in a video on Whole Body Vibration. One tip that may be usful, I found these vibration damping squares used on machines like air compressors and washing machines. These allowed me to mitigate the vibration for the settings I use, which was important for me since I use it on the second floor (they may not be as effective for higher settings).About a year and a half ago I had a test done at an ultra sound lab and they said my circulation in my lower legs was great. I attributed this to my regular use of the machine. I use it daily.Lastly, when I did have an issue with the device my email to the company on the weekend was responded to in hours with a solution worked out quickly. Note, the divice has a great warranty and replacement parts are easy to order with no additional cost. But the need to request replacement parts I expect will be rare since the machine's design is well thought out and should last a long time.
