I bought this to use to thicken my diy shower gel and it worked great. Seemed a bit expensive to me.

Smooth Running
Using this in amounts of about 1/2 tspn to create a smoother ice cream/sherbet etc. I also use about 1/8 tspn of guard gum per 1/2 gallon.
