Nu Calgon-4165-24 Drain Solve

My AC man recommended this product to keep my AC condensation line clear. So far no clogs and seem to work well. Two points though, follow the instructions thoroughly and if it gets on your skin walk off right away. This is strong stuff!

Great drain cleaner, the best I ever used .

My AC unit, like many others, has a tendency to back up when used heavily, especially in the summer months. I've used bleach and vinegar with some amount of success, but someone mentioned this stuff works very well. All I can say is, so far so good. I've used it for about 4 months now and had zero issues. I even vacuumed the line to check performance, and there's none of that white slime or excess water buildup. I've only placed it in the line and not directly into the pan. That's next to try to ensure a summer free of AC stoppage.

I have used this for years. it’s good for preventive maintenance for house drains and obviously the main use for it for ac condensation lines. The key is definitely to let the solution sit for 30 minutes before flushing with hot water or blowing out the drain with compressed air

This product was recommended to us by our a/c repairman. It is being used to flush out the gunk that tends to build up in the discharge water from our a/c unit that is in the garage. The fluid will wash out the buildup of gunk and discharge it through the pipes to the outdoors letting the a/c function more efficiently.

It definately works .. well! The first pic is the first time i did the full flush. The second pic is the second time I did a full flush. I figure i need to keep doing it until nothing comes out anymore.
