I thought the advent calendar was so good for the money. All the gifts were excellent and the doll was lovely. Great fun.

Lovely presents inside great value for money, brought in august and put away for Christmas so was extremely cheap when purchased and was pleasantly surprised with products inside daughter loved it!! Very cute

I bought this Barbie advent calendar for the fashion pieces. There's not much to the skirt as it's basically just a circle with a hole in the middle, but the other pieces are very nice. My favourites are the shiny silver party dress with gathers/ruching at the side and on the shoulders, and the fluffy pink top which has the potential to be used in lots of cute looks. I also appreciate that there are two pairs of boots included because we don't get boots particularly often with Barbie.I did have an issue with the earrings as I got two intended for the doll's right ear. I imagine that would be disappointing if a child received that. Of course that was just a mistake in mine, this is just my experience.The doll itself is also very basic, with limited articulation (arms and legs can only go backwards and forwards, no sideways/outwards movement), and flat spatula-like hands which... don't look great. She still looks cute, especially in the little hat, but I'm not sure she'd be the most fun doll for a child to play with.Overall, there's still a lot to like about this set with the fashion, accessories and pets included, and would recommend it if you can get it when it's at a discounted price.

My daughter is delighted with this advent calendar. She has been so excited every morning to see what accessories she will get for her doll.Confused by reviews saying the Barbie is last. I could be blind but I can’t see anywhere where it says leave the doll to the end. The 25 on the doll relates to how many bits it comes with. Regardless of this we would have let her open it first anyways!

Excellent advent calendar makes a difference to chocolate ones and give them a toy and bits to open for the Barbie each day
