I used to purchase this kind of product at Costco, but learned that the capsules had derivatives from meat. I’m vegetarian so I wanted something that was vegetarian. This is the product! It works great according to my bloodwork numbers.

Good product although not soft gel

I like this product, but I have never bought another brand, so I cannot compare them with any other. I began to take CoQ10 when my doctor told me to take CoQ10. I did not want to buy the cheapest I could find. When I was reading reviews, this seemed like a good choice, and I have bought them every time. I do know that I have resisted taking a statin drug for years, but since my doctor put me on CoQ10 at the same time I began taking the statin drug, I have had no side effects from the statin, which is what I feared--such as muscle cramps and other issues.
