Best Dutch Oven on the Market!
I have purchased many Le Creuset Dutch ovens as gifts before, and am starting another round. Each Dutch oven has a beautiful, rich color and is so durable that it will, no doubt, be passed from generation to generation. Yes, it is pricey, but it is so worth it.

Le Creuset is the best!
I use this pan mainly for breadmaking and it's fantastic. It's also great for stews and casseroles, of course. They're heavy as one would expect from enamel coated cast iron but it's worth every penny.

It's a LeCreuset. Excellent quality AND a great special price
Arrived promptly in perfect shape despite a slightly damaged outer and inner manufacturer's boxes. Both the enamel and overall appearance exude "quality".I expect this to perform as well as my other LeCreuset pieces, but I shall update this review if it ever fails to meet my expectations.

Perfect Size for 2-3 Person Family -- Discontinued so Buy While Still Available
This is the perfect size multi-purpose dutch oven for a 2-3 person family. It is large enough for boiling pasta, making rice, soups and stews, and a small loaf of bread. (The 2 quart dutch oven is much too small.) Approximate dimensions: Diameter = 8.5" and Depth = 3.5. Satisfied with purchase. Unfortunately this 3.5 Quart size has been discontinued so don't wait if you want a smaller Le Creuset dutch oven.

Nice product
Have cooked a few times with it. Even heating, cleans wonderfully (we thought there was no way it would get clean). And of course it’s beautiful. We run it through the dishwasher and so far so good.

Dutch Oven Love
I was so sad when my old Dutch oven finally bit the dust... I was worried the quality of newer one wouldn't match, but I happy to say the replacement I purchased is great!

Be careful of dimensions (width, height) besides capacity
Le Creuset round dutch ovens are gorgeous and very useful. We have a 5.5qt pot that we use all the time, and we would give it 5 star rating. However, we have to dock a star for the 3.5qt. It is confusing, as the pot comes in different dimensions for this capacity. We ordered a 3.5qt (vendor is Sky Products), using this product link. A 3.5qt of a different dimension (wider and shallower) was delivered instead. We have sent it back and are still waiting for a full refund. Beware when purchasing this pot, and double check the dimension when you receive it.
