I tried many different resistance bands. These are the most durable. No worries of having the bands break at the joints and come back and hurt you. I have gotten a lot of daily use out of these bands and other Ron Williams Resistance Bands in various weight resistance

I have really been trying to make an conscious effort to get myself and my husband back in shape. I mean a shape other than the round that we currently are. I have a set of standard resistance bands and I love them however when I saw that this was a stronger version I thought it would be a great opportunity to try them out. My husband never really bothered with my standard bands because he thought they weren't really strong enough for him and he would break them. Well let me tell you this band is strong and definitely gives him a run for his money. It appears to be well made, the handles are nice and are perfect to grab a hold of for any size hand. The protective sleeve is a very nice feature that covers the latex band so no more getting pinched or leg hair pulling for hubby. All in all this is a great quality band that is definitely a bit stronger than traditional bands. It allows us to take our workouts just a step further from the comfort of our home. I would buy again as a matter of fact I am considering purchasing another one in a different strength.

The products works great but I found it hard to use while watching the news because it squeaks when you do curls or any other exercise that cause the handle to turn. Other than the squeaking it is a great product. I was also impressed that I got a decent chest workout buy wrapping the short band behind my back and pushing forward. Will purchase the heavier one next.

My trainer told me to order this and when it came , I thought no way will I be able to use it- it’s so much thicker and tougher that my other resistance bands. But! I CAN use it and I love it for lat pull downs, and I’m a pretty small, 67 year old lady! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this band! Recommend!

I purchased these bands to match the bands my physical therapist was having me use at her office for my home exercises, and I was quite pleased to see the quality of these bands was close to that of the professional gear at the therapist's. Having both longer and a shorter bands opens up more exercise options and makes it easier to take one with me to work. Great product!

The long one is fine for foot to hand exercises but the short one is too long for across the chest exercises. I'd have to be 8' tall to have the arm span to get resistance. No length adjustments so can't use the handles. Have to grasp the band about 6" down from the handles but because of the wrap material will be ok. I'll keep them. Well-made and will probably last a good while.
