have had two of these installed for 1 year on my exterior doors. installation was pretty easy and have not had to replace any batteries as of yet. Programming is straightforward - limited to 10 pin numbers (probably the biggest downside to the lock). Not a WiFi lock, no app - just a simple, inexpensive, no frills pin pad lock so you can forget about those keys!

I have had this installed for a few months now. The installation went well. The instructions suck but there is a helpful video on YouTube for instillation and programming. I am a little handy. So for someone experienced it would be easy. I am very very pleased with this door lock. Easy to use and very reliable. Keypad lights up at night. Locks tight for safety. I would buy again.

Installed in March 2022, locked the door less than 6 times to use they keypad to unlock, keypad has since stopped accepting button presses. Changed the batteries with 3 different sets that were verified to be charged, still non functioning keypad. It is now useless. Tried to contact Amazon since it should have a 1 year warranty and I would likely have better chances of getting ahold of the Pope.

Works flawlessly every time. The constructions is solid and simple. The programming is straight forward. So far battery life is great. And the styling is attractive. You could tell me that it is a Kwikset or a Schlage and I wouldn’t doubt you. All at half the cost of your name brand models.

This comes in an unnecessary amount of tiny pieces that you have to assemble and the instructions aren't great but if I can figure it out, anyone can. Pin pad works great and it's easy to program.

Price wise this is great. Quality and functionality wise this is not as good as the brand name Schlage units which I also have. Main drawback is that this unit uses battery power to actually turn the locking unit and is quite noisy. The Schlage unit has a switch that clicks after entering the code to be able to unlock with the lever. Minimal battery usage and very quiet for the Schlage.Amazon unit has a bulky interior mount that sits high and can actually impede installing if you have a deadbolt installed above your door handle. Also the quality seems cheaper than the Schlage.

They are not a heavy duty lock but work ok. Key slot is sideways and hard to get use to
