IT MAY TAKE 4 / 5 Hrs .TO DOWNLOAD .I REQUEST AMAZON TO TAKE CARE OF SUCH MALPRACTICE , PARTIAL CHEATING .

I also got the opened box. When you already have so much complaints for the opened box delivery then what you are doing?we are paying the amount then we have right to get the right product. Customers , please do not compromise that opened box DVDs are working well. We have paid then must get the new product in original condition not the tampered one, it's our right. Things to note...1. Its a multi user (2 user for 3years each) product therefore after registering any one of the product keys, both the keys will expire at the same time whether you are using second key or not... So only buy this one if 2 devices need the antivirus at the same time2. Details entered by any one product key will be same for the other like name, email etc3. It will not renew directly unless you are using the exact same product before(ie 2pc 3year) and thus have to uninstall and reinstall to activate it.4. Seal was broken and we can see almost everyone is recieving like this but both my keys worked perfectly.5. Quick heal helpline will help in installing and activating it if you have any problem6. Last and most important... NO GIFTS😂I recommend buying it from here if you have 2 devices and you need this on both at the same time... Just started using today, but wanted to tell that the packet received with both side SEAL BROKEN and just a transparent tape applied on it, but before returning I have called and checked with Quick Heal customer care regarding the product, they just checked the product key and confirmed me that the product is fresh and unused so I have opened the pack, installed the software and now running smoothly!

Please don't buy this AV. I am giving it one star because there is no option of negative or zero rating. There is no pros only cons I.e.:1. It take 5-10 minutes to open any browser or any app. All the system crash on opening any other app even opening a new tab.2. The battery life reduced from 4 hours to 1.5 hours.3. Many drivers had stop responding.4. Always irritates for updates.
