Royale Classic Nano Ceramic Green Flat Iron / Hair Straightener + Royale Shampoo

Wife says: "This is NOT the same straightener you get at the mall kiosk! My mother bought hers at the mall and paid more but got a much better quality straightener. It didn't come with the shampoo as advertised. It doesn't stay at temp for long. It stinks like chemicals, bad. When I got the box the original UPC sticker was scratched off of it. The instruction card it came with was all stained. It should be in Celsius but it's in Fahrenheit. The handle isn't the same, this is hard cheap plastic. The plates are heavier. Did I mention yet, that it STINKS like chemicals and makes your hands and hair stink like chemicals? I'd give it two stars because it did straighten my hair, but it doesn't work anything like the real Royale straightener."The real Royale straightener costs $250 and straightens your hair like you would expect a $250 machine would. This one is GARBAGE. The only thing this has in common with Royale is the box. Someone must be collecting them and using them for their scam.THANK YOU AMAZON! For refunding our money and investigating this!!

I was very impressed with the product! Got it with in the week I had ordered it, and 2 days early.The hair straightener was what I ordered. It is real and not fake. I've used it several times and I can already feel the difference in my hair compared to the old straightener I had pervious. Works amazing and makes my hair look very healthy! Love it! I recommend this hair straightener to everyone!However, didn't get the free shampoo, but it did come with 2 hair clips used to help part hair for straightening.

I would normally spend 45min to 1 hour straightening my hair (after it was dry), now it takes 15 to 20min and people ask if I have been to the salon, it feels so soft and looks shiny. Also did it damp and it only took 25min. Did my daughters hair and it looked like a salon job she got so many comments from friends.I chose this product due to reseach that my sister did (also bought one for her). We received a bonus holder (that can be attached to the wall or suctioned to the bench). We also received a patterned straightener not the plain colour one, so not only does it work well it look really nice in my new bathroom.I am very very happy.

It does not get as hot as the other pair I bought. I have to turn it all the way up in order to straighten my hair and my hair is thin.

I am extremely disappointed! I ordered this hair straightener that was advertised to include a free Royale shampoo. It never arrived and when I contacted them, they said they do not ship the shampoo because it always leaks. My question is, why are you promoting this product with the bonus free shampoo if you don't plan on sending it?

My daughter loves it! She has really coarse, thick hair and it actually gets hot enough to straighten her hair. Great product!

I have curly long frizzy hair that requires keratin treatments every once in a while. This flat iron did not work for me, I had to pass it several times to my hair in order for it to straight it. I gave it to my mom because her hair is straight so she does not need to much when it comes to flat irons.
