Will change the way you travel!
I am not a very organized person. However, I constantly strive to be that way, and absolutely love products that help me stay neat and organized...And also keep me as sane as possible with a toddler!! I found these TravelWise packing cubes a few weeks back when my family was preparing to fly to Palm Springs, CA for vacation. I was skeptical, so I just ordered my own set for that trip. I compared several other packing cubes based on price, amount and variety of sizes included and colors. I chose TravelWise because you get five bags of differing size, and I liked the purple option! I was absolutely shocked when my suitcase was neat and easy to pack!! I rolled everything into each cube and neatly packed it into my suitcase. The best part was how organized I stayed during the trip. Usually my suitcase ends up a disaster and I have to essentially re-pack the night before we head home. This time, I didn't!! I showed my sister (who was not looking forward to re packing all of her family's suitcases before leaving) and she thought they were amazing. She ordered three sets for her family (one for each member), and I ordered two more for our family, one for my husband and son. We leave for Maui in a week, and my son's suitcase is already packed...! These packing cubes will give you peace of mind, and make your life just a little easier. As a mom of a young child, I also don't want to have to deal with tiny clothes getting mixed up in my son's suitcase (these packing cubes even make it easier for my 2.5 year old to keep out of the suitcases! He has a tendency to make messes of everything!) The bags are well-made with high quality zippers, which was important to me. The lining of the fabric feels like it has kind of a water repellant, if not plastic-type coating. They each come with a nice handle, so they're easy to carry. The mesh area makes it nice to see what you've packed in each one! I feel like I was able to get so much more in my bag--(I got so much in that my bag was overweight, luckily I just popped one of my cubes out and put it in my husband's bag. Usually I'm handing him shoes and arm loads of dresses or whatever if my bag is overweight! ;) I added some general photos of my son's suitcase packed. Once we all have our bags packed, I will add more photos. I can't recommend these more! UPDATE 7/2018 (a year later): I am still in love with these packing cubes!! We have made several more trips using the TravelWise cubes since my initial review. They are honestly such a time/stress saver. I didn’t mention this before, but one thing I love about these cubes is that whether you’re staying in a rental/house/hotel, you can immediately unpack your suitcase by popping your cubes into the drawers provided at your vacation spot! I have never done that in my life, mainly because it just seemed like a hassle, and I worried I’d forget things in the drawers. The last few trips we’ve taken, I’ve put the cubes in the drawers (so organized!) and then we were able to free up our room by putting our suitcases in the closet! In the past, we would all have our suitcases sitting out, half-opened with clothes spilling out. Having to maneuver around luggage in a small room when my toddler needs space to play is a pain. It’s so nice to free up much needed room in our living space! This last trip we took, my husband got a new hardsided luggage set. If you have these or have seen them, you kind of have to pack each side and then sandwich them together. Not a problem when you have these travel cubes! I had my son use one of my smaller suitcases to consolidate on our last trip. It also happens to be a hard sided suitcase. This one doesn’t have the greatest system to hold the contents on either side in place for when you fold the suitcase up to close it. Now that we have the packing cubes, there are no sleeves or pant legs hanging out that need to be tucked in. Just the cubes to arrange!! Lastly, I am impressed at the durability of these cubes. Here we are, a year and several trips later, and all 15 of our family’s cubes are in awesome condition. I have stuffed some of mine so full that I was worried the zipper would pop or the seams would rip (oops!) Not one of them has lost its functionality in any way. These are one of my favorite Amazon buys. I still can’t recommend them more!

Invaluable Little Organizers for Luggage
I have purchased numerous sets of packing cubes from various vendors over the years. I cannot leave home without them! Recently, I purchased from that company having found my original company has gone o it of business. I needed some larger bags to go into my “bus” of hard-sided “everything but the kitchen sink” luggage for an extended trip. These did not disappoint! They are actually sturdier than others. They are made to fit in all standard size luggage, meaning the dimensions will work from your carryon to your big kahuna cases! Have you ever been just barely over on weight when you check your luggage, only to have to rummage through it at the counter to pull out 2lbs to put into another bag or stuff in your carry on? How about security checks when they ask you to step aside for random luggage check, opening your bags in front of the whole world to see, your undies and other unmentionables undone and falling out on the floor, stuffed mindlessly and carelessly back in your bag? Have you had to rummage to find and individually place each piece of required to TSA scan items? Don’t ask me how I know! But packing cubes can save the agony, not to mention keep you organized! Helpful hints for using cubes: Neatly roll your clothes before using the right size cube to secure. This way, you can see exactly what you’ve packed and nothing is stacked on top of other items. Take pictures before closing your cubes. This is helpful for inventory purposes should your luggage be lost or stolen. When you arrive at your destination, unzip and secure the flap beneath the cube, place in the drawer, and voila! You don’t need to repack individual items. This is great for island hopping or multi-destination trips. It also works wonderfully for moving! I have cubes for medications, cameras, condiments, etc. as I travel often. I cannot say enough good things about the organization capabilities these afford. They are really a game changer and I strongly encourage anyone considering manageable packing to get them — like yesterday! Order multiple sets; you won’t regret it!

BEST Packing Cube Hacks, keep reading...
I purchased 3 sets in 3 different colors last year: teal, green and polka dot pattern for the 3 of us - I chose different colors so we could all each have a color and it was easy to identify whose item it was. I was new at the time to packing cubes and did not believe in them, I thought they were another thing to waste my money on when I could be using ziplock plastic bags. The plastic ziplocks lasted for a while, but they slid around in the suitcase and the packing volume was limited. Now that I am a packing cube convert, I have found these to be incredibly versatile and not only for traveling! Keep reading for some great hacks: CLOSET/HOME ORGANIZATION: See my pictures below for the amazing transformation! I have an armoire that is stuffed with clothing. Finding a certain T-shirt or a pair of jeans meant that I threw everything on the floor to dig through the pile, only to shove it back into the armoire again. I once stuffed the armoire so full of clothing it actually popped the back off and my husband had to staple-gun the wood back on. I tried neatly folding the clothing, but it only lasted for a while, because I'd dig everything out again. I started using packing cubes in my drawers and armoire, and now I can easily find any shirt I want through the mesh window, plus I have each cube labeled so I can find what I am looking for; regular wear, sleep shirts, fancy shirts, etc. and same with my leggings, jeans, shorts. I just pull out a cube, find my clothing, zip it back up, and place it back into the armoire. No more digging, no more dumping, no more mess. Saves a ton of time and keeps my space neat and tidy. I also had a mesh beach duffel bag full of swim wear, sarongs, shorts, cover ups that was a constant mess and filled to the brim; many times I dreaded derailing the zipper because it was stuffed so full, but I followed the same idea as my closet/armoire and placed my swimwear and sorted them in packing cubes and now I have room to spare in my duffel bag, AND I can find everything! BEACH: I take packing cubes to the beach as well, I pack my entire family's clothing in different colored cubes for change of clothing. I use the largest one for beach towels and it's impressive that I can roll up 2 large/long plush beach towels and one long, thinner towel in the largest cube all rolled up. I toss this into a large beach bag and it's super easy to find things instead of placing them in plastic bags, and creates a lot of extra space in the bag as well. The convenient handle can be used to hang the cube on bathroom door hooks for a change of clothes. CRAFTS: Great for storing sewing fabric, which I have crammed into canvas storage cubes. Rolling up the cloth and organizing them in my packing cubes have made it much easier to see the colors and patterns that I need instantly. I also do not have to dig through or dump the contents onto the floor/table/bed to look for something I need. It also created extra space in my canvas cubes as well. LIMITED SPACE DWELLINGS: Packing cubes will save a lot of space in a smaller spaces, such as a dorm rooms, houseboats, submariners, army barracks, youth hostels, tiny homes, RVs, cruise ship employees with cramped rooms, people who live out of their cars, etc. Plus it's easy to just grab and go, which saves a lot of time on packing. And the best hack of all... AIRPLANE SEAT ORGANIZER: See attached photo below. I used to put my things in the seat pocket in front of me before I found out what kinds of gross things go in there, like used diapers, tissues people wiped their running noses or phlegm, air sickness bags, trash, etc. besides, I didn't like pulling on the seat pocket to bother the person in front, especially at night when passengers were sleeping. Many people also lose things or forget things in the seat pockets as well. I then resorted to just keeping things in my backpack under the seat in front of me, but it became very difficult to keep turning my body and head sideways to pull out the backpack for every little thing, balance the thing on my lap, pull out what I needed, and shove the backpack back under the seat again. Compression cube to the rescue!! I use two large binder clips and clip a cube to the seat pocket in front of me, and whenever I need something, I just put the cube on my lap, unzip, grab what I need, and hang it back down. Things I keep in my flight cube: hand sanitizer, charger and cord, a small notebook, trash bag for used cans/garbage (because I hate waiting for the flight attendant to come around), phone, sleeping eye mask, contact lens case, eye glasses, breath mints, medications I need to take while flying, credit card to purchase items. Amazon sells some organizers that attach to your tray table but I've heard some airlines will not allow certain tray table holders or it doesn't fit on their particular flight, plus, this is way cheaper - one medium or small packing cube and two large binder clips! These packing cubes are super functional and can be used in a variety of applications, not only for traveling.

very fun to use
I loved the variety of sizes and the see through mesh. I did notice that the mesh ripped a little after some use, but the cubes still work and there is a good amount of room in them. Packing in cubes helps organization and use of traveling so much. I don't know how I ever lived without these before.

SUPER DURABLE!
Super cute and durable! I travel A LOT and these have held up from a quick overnight trip to a week’s worth of clothes for Vegas! The large size will hold 3-4 pairs of rolled jeans or 3-4 bulky sweaters. The middle size, will hold a ton of blouses or other tops, as many as you’ll probably need for any length of trip, they truly are durable enough to be over packed! I find the smallest size best used for undergarments! Super functional for wherever the wind may blow you! Overpacking is my toxic trait and these cubes know how to enable me!

High quality product
I bought these after I had purchased a set for my husband. I bought a different brand for myself that wasn't nearly as nice. Travelwise are much better. These are very sturdy and the zippers work really well. We took my husband's set on a 1 month trip to Europe. They worked great! The cubes allowed us to organize all of our clothes and pack very efficiently. I would definitely recommend them. .

Essential for packing for long trips
This was my first time using cubes for packing. I had to pack for a 2 week trip and they helped me stay organized and I was able to pack more items.

Good quality; comparable to eBags
We have used eBay’s for years, but they are apparently no longer around. We have purchased a few packing bags as our family has grown (like Dot&Dot) with disappointing results. TravelWise, however, is of much better quality. The zipper is sturdy and the material is thicker than most which makes them easy to use. They fit perfectly in a standard suitcase. I will buy more of these if I ever need packing cubes in the future.
