Q: Do these pads work well with oem ford rotors or do you also have to install power stop rotors?

My two Ford 150 's stop very well . Hard stop usually why behind the line. One has the new Rotors and one does not . I tow my work trailer with one and have pulled a U-Haul 12 ft. loaded . with no problems. Good Brakes.

There are four pads in the box or a complete set of two to do the rear wheel brakes.
