Delicious traditional Lebkuchen
Arrived intact. Wonderful texture and flavor. They were baked on the traditional rice wafer paper. It’s edible, but it peels off not too difficultly if it weirds you out. We really enjoyed tasting the three varieties. Will definitely buy these again!

Old inedible
Product was banged up bad state chocolate old and moldy must be so old. Inedible so disappointing as had fond memories of these from previous years.

BUT only buy during Christmas season (October-January. I bought one summer and they were stale. I'm guessing it's a seasonal item.

What's with the paper?
Each cookie has an edible disc attached. Ate the first my mistake, but they don't really peel off easily. Bought it on a whim, probably wouldn't do it again.
