These pills are actually really good. I used to take biotin a long time ago, but I had to stop because it cost me to have acne for some reason these pills don’t break me out which is why I love them. I highly suggest trying them if you have taken biotin in the past, but had to stop because of the acne the best way I can describe it is like it’s a lower dose kind of like a slow release typing so my face doesn’t break out, but I’m still getting all the benefits like hair nails, all that good stuff

This has been helpful for me for hair regrowth after going through a period of hair loss. I had been hesitant to try biotin supplements because I heard higher doses could irritate skin, so I was looking for a lower dose.This supplement still has a decent amount of biotin but not so much that it irritates my skin. The pills are small and easy to take, and I haven't experienced any bad effects after taking these. My hair growth has increased a lot which I am thrilled about, since for a while I actually thought it was not possible to regrow hair in certain areas because it just wasn't growing.
