I purchased this for my work laptop that had the OEM Dell battery in it. I replaced the battery twice with the OEM Dell battery and they both swelled up which caused me not to be able to use my touch-pad and it usually happened in a span of a few weeks to a few months. This battery has been in my laptop for a month now and there has been ZERO issues. It holds charge very well and has not swelled like the OEM Dell. Installation is very easy and straight forward and it came with all the tools you will need which is a plus if you do not have any micro tools.

Got the original Dell battery swollen so the touchpad stopped to work. This battery fits the XPS 15 9570 perfect. I have "trained" the new battery as it was said: 3 times I charged it to 100% then let the laptop to discharge a battery to 5% (had to set the lower battery saver threshold temporary; default value was 20%). The battery keeps charge for about 4-5 hours of the normal work like with MS Office, Internet, even some picture editing with Adobe Lightroom. (Just in case I'm using only genuine Dell's power adapter with my XPS). So I would recommend this battery

The old battery in my Dell XPS 9570 was swollen and my warranty finished a long time ago. I was skeptical about installing the battery by myself. But when I saw that this battery comes with two screwdrivers, I decided to try it myself.I was successful without any issues. the battery fits well. No issues. The performance is the same as the old Dell battery. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell Precision 5520. The fit was perfect but my laptop instantly identified it as a non-Dell battery and refused to charge it. I tried every trick on the internet but no dice. I contacted the seller and they tried to help but my grumpy Dell was having none of it. The seller shipped a second battery that arrived in a few days and worked perfectly on the first try. I have no idea what may have been different about the second battery but the error messages went away and the battery health went from "unknown" to "excellent".

Set down to install the new battery and things went well until I tried to remove the old battery. I actually got four tools not just two. But the Philips head screwdriver is too small to remove screws holding the battery. I nearly stripped the screws trying to get them out. I bought this battery because it seemed to have everything, I needed to do the job. I live in the country, and I can't just run to the hardware store to get the right tools. I have ordered ifixit tools and hopefully that has the right size to do the job. So the battery cost $30 more than I expected plus a lot of frustration. There is nothing in the box about customer service or telephone help.
