Q: Do these catch fleas?

They are very sticky and catch just about anything that touches them, including your cat or even you. However I don't know how effective they'd be against fleas since you'll have to get them where the fleas are. Generally they are placed in an out of the way location to avoid accidental contact.

Q: How do you assemble these traps?

There are perforations where it should be folded. Bend those perforations, peel off the adhesive protector strip and fold the trap into a wedge-shaped triangle.

Q: Does this truly have only 1 window and the perforation to have one side of sticky up the wall, and the other 90 degrees on the floor?

I simply lie the sheet flat on the floor under cabinets and such to avoid getting my foot stuck on them.
